We came in armed to the teeth with data, price comparisions and more importantly what was important to us. We came with no expectations to start, we looked and at some point decided to speak to someone and that guy was Dean. To keep our story short, we looked at cars, we test drove and came across the GLA 250. Dean covered fromhead to toe the security aspects, the what we refer to as toys and quickly noticed the power and performance of the vehicule. We short listed to Two luxury dealers at the end. The data and rating put the benz on top. Then came the negotiation which my buddy was also ready for and I must admit, we were reasonable in our expectations - dealers have to make money too. We were very impressed in the way we were recieved and treated.Dean would respond to questions about pricing, accessories quickly. A very accommodating and I must say knowledgeable guy. Excellent sales person - Then came the decision time to get the 2016 Benz....... Unfortunately we did not... Dean did a great job, so great, we decided to get each a 2017 loaded GLA250 Sport with the premium sound system... We have to be honest, we love our toys... Thanks to Dean and the dealership manager for treating us like somebody. We look forward to having become a mercedes- benz for the first time. More

They have all the tech, bluetooth etc....tires don't pop and the first aid kit is included too. They even have an army grade truck. Those cars can reach 100km/h in 6 seconds. Thumbs up! More

Their service and staff are very professional and polite and I thoroughly enjoy talking to them whenever I am there. We got our C350 COUPE from them last year with incredible service. I have noticed that there’s another dealer that closer to my home, but I still chose Ogilvie Motors for their positive atmosphere and outstanding service. This time I got myself a 2016 CLA45 AMG from them again just for their fabulous customer experience. I have been waiting for my car for almost 4 months because I customized the car as the way I want and it was shipped from Germany so the timeframe is relatively reasonable. I picked up the car 2 days ago eventually it’s all worth it when I saw the car on the delivery day. During the time, I felt I have been treated like a VIP, not only the awesome discount I got as a loyal Ogilvie customer, but also the great amount of effort they have put to make sure I have the hassle-free shopping experience. I particularly want to say Thank You to Leslie Mise, the General Sales Manager, for the courtesy he expressed to me and the assistance he provided to my order during the whole process. There were some adjustments and changes needed to make on my order, although the order was frozen for one day late and couldn’t make any changes, plus he is super busy as a general sales manager, he still tried his best to find out a solution so that right now I can sit in the car I love with a smile. All he want and care is to make his customers happy and fully satisfied. We are now good friends since then. I really appreciate all the efforts and time you and your team made. Thank you Leslie. We were given the luxury of having the Chief Driving Instructor, Danny Kok and his professional and friendly staff teach us driving skills never before experienced. The perk of being able to drive almost all models from Smart to AMG63 in tough winter situations was a thrill. If you are ever given this opportunity...do not miss it! Buying a new car is an uncharted journey; not knowing the outcome when you enter the dealership. My wife and I did our homework by researching the internet. We finally agreed that the Mercedes CLA 250 was our car of choice. We decided to go to Ogilvie Motors Ltd which is only a few blocks away from our house. We were greeted by Robert Keene, sales manager, and he made our experience a positive and fruitful car buying experience. Robert was more interested in listening of what we were looking for than rather trying to sell us a car. He took notes of the required options with our price range and then offered us several choices of vehicles that matched our criteria. We appreciated that he “listened” and made it happen. The cars offered to us were exactly what we asked and wanted. He respected our wishes and budget. It was a nice and a pleasurable transaction with little negotiations as he was offering us the car of our choice, with the options requested and giving us a great price (as I mentioned earlier, we did our homework before starting this process). It was such a pleasure to do business with him. His effort didn’t stop after our purchase; he kept us informed until the delivery date. On the scheduled time of pickup, we were surprised by finding our purchased car in the show room, sparkling and gleaming at us. Again, Robert took the time for us to inspect the car and explained us the basic functioning of this car. He drove it outside where we took possession. Everything was perfect; including a full tank of gaz. Ogilvie Motors exceeded our satisfaction throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Robert Keene and his team at Ogilvie Motors to anyone contemplating of purchasing a Mercedes. More
BAD SERVICE, DON'T GIVE AN APPOINTMENT OR DON'T ORDER PARTS I HAVE PAID FOR WHEELS LOCKS, THEY SAID THE ALLREADY ON VEHICULE, I SAID NOT I DON T SEE THEM, I WENT TO DEALER AND THEY SAID THEY FORGOT TO PUT IT ON I HAVE PAID FOR WHEELS LOCKS, THEY SAID THE ALLREADY ON VEHICULE, I SAID NOT I DON T SEE THEM, I WENT TO DEALER AND THEY SAID THEY FORGOT TO PUT IT ON THE WHEELS. I HAVE A WINDSHIELD TO CHANGE, THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE IT FREE OF CHARGE. MECEDES CANADA CONTACT THEM TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND THEY SAID ME I CAN T GO TO ANOTHER DEALER TO REMPLACE THE WINDSHIELD FOR FREE. I DON T KNOW IF DEALER PAY 50\50 WITH MB CANADA. More

I brought my vehicle in with a simple fault that should not have cost over $2500 to diagnose,the techs simply threw parts at the car until the actual problem jumped up and bit them on the xxx,even when presented with the old part that was shown to function properly they just did an ostrich and stuck their heads in the sand although I figure their heads are actually stuck up a certain bodily opening that rhymes with "bass". The car was returned to me with only 3/4 of the coolant it required and the AC not working.All future work will be done at Star from now on. And this is the last MB product I will ever consider purchasing again,ever. More

After dealing with several other auto dealers of different makes, this was my first experience with years now since I purchased my Subaru from them. After dealing with several other auto dealers of different makes, this was my first experience with Subaru and it has been absolutely outstanding in every way. Not only has the service been friendly and efficient, it has also been the most affordable of any car I have ever owned. I don't normally bother to fill out surveys of any kind, but the service I have received to date from Ogilvie Motors definitely warrants this review. I wholeheartedly recommend them. More
Servicing slow and painful. Never have in stock the required parts. Mecanics are incompetent. Always have to contact Mercedes main office to solve the problem.
