This vehicle, which I bought used over 3 years ago from another MB dealer, Our family has a 2008 R320 CDI we really enjoy, especially on long trips. This vehicle, which I bought used over 3 years ago from another MB dealer, now has 228,000 KM and developed a problem with the torque converter. Both Markus Widmer and MB Canada worked with me to get the torque converter replaced at what I felt was a very fair cost, and now the car is running perfectly again. I felt my concerns were respected by both the dealership and MB Canada and an experience that could have turned me off the brand entirely was turned into a positive - thank-you Markus and MB London!
