As soon as we step inside the dealership, we feel comfortable, welcome and never any pressure. We have purchased a couple of vehicles from Adam (our regular salesperson) in the past, always with the same feeling that we are treated like family. He continually impresses us with his knowledge of the vehicles, his calm approach during negotiations and each experience has been a smooth and non intimidating one. Each time we leave the dealership feeling we were given a very fair and amazing deal. This time was extra special because both Adam and Rob were involved in the process. Both made us feel right at home when discussing what we were in the market for. His persistence on making sure we had the right vehicle has made this car buying experience like none other. Walked us through all the features on delivery and made sure we were comfortable with all the features and how to use everything.
