When we arrived at Finch we approached the CLA which my son said sounded like the description of the car I had seen. Jace noticed us looking at the car and walked over to greet us with a smile and asked if I needed anything. I made it clear that we were only looking at the paint and browsing. She asked us what our story was and I explained everything about the car. She asked us a few questions about my current vehicle and wanted to know if we would be interested in seeing what kind of prices are available to us and if we wanted to see how much they could get for my car via trade in. She reassured us that she could at least get everything on paper to help us budget out a vehicle for whenever I was ready. She asked a lot of questions and was very personable and always smiling. She treated us with a great deal of respect and professionalism and explained the process of how Mercedes can work to get the most trade in value for my current vehicle. She was able to come back with a quote that more than met any expectations I had (because she "dickered"). She told us to take the car out for a spin and see how it felt. I took it out and fell in love with the vehicle right away. The amazing car paired with Jace amazing service, trade in value, and price point made the decision to buy the car on the spot easy and spontaneous...Thank you for helping me purchase the car my late husband always wanted to have. Now I feel like he is riding along with me. When it came to Financing I made it clear to Jace that we have a family mechanic and that I hate being pressured into making decisions on the spot regarding extended warranties etc. The Wong sisters really listened to the feedback and just gave me everything on paper. She only told me show the maintenance pre paid packages to our mechanic before making a decision which I did. I also really love how we have the freedom to purchase the extended warranty at any time as long as it is within our manufactures warranty period, We ended up going with PPM package 4yrs under the advice of our mechanic. We had no appointment, had not even been to MB London for service yet. We showed up unscheduled Monday morning, needing help. They were most helpful, able to squeeze us into their full schedule, diagnosed and corrected the issue. We are very grateful and will definitely be back for future service here. Very enjoyable experience I recently purchased my second ML350 Bluetec from Mercedes-Benz London. I spent considerable time researching all sources for the exact SUV I wanted, I recently purchased my second ML350 Bluetec from Mercedes-Benz London. I spent considerable time researching all sources for the exact SUV I wanted, even in Toronto. What kept me coming back to MB London was two things. Tony's approachable and friendly style as he entertained my long list of questions. And the fact that I'd already experienced great service from Mike in the Service area when repairing my first ML. But in the end it was this particular ML350 itself that convinced me. I could tell it had been meticulously cared for and because the vehicle was so well maintained I knew it was the best and right one for me. The fact that it had been sold and maintained by MB London had value because they knew the vehicle and were selling it Star Certified. When it came time to put a deal together, Tony was again helpful and we signed off quickly. Then I met Katrina and we signed off the papers including very good rates from MB Finance Canada.
