We felt comfortable from the beginning with him and we are fans for life. He was willing to walk us through different models and the endless questions we had for him with quick responses and was always willing to take a phone call from us even after office hours. His persistence on making sure we had the right vehicle has made this car buying experience like none other. Walked us through all the features on delivery and made sure we were comfortable with all the features and how to use everything. Has even answered a few questions after the delivery as well. 5 stars? 10 is more like it! Hats off to the team at Mercedes-Benz London. Fantastic team, and great job.
