With both purchases, Charbel made the experience very easy. He took the time to ensure we were comfortable with our decision and didn't pressure us at any point throughout the process. He's very professional, knowledgable and you leave feeling like you've made a new friend which is why I had no problem going back to Charbel for my purchase after my wife's purchase last year. I was actually very close to purchasing an Audi A4 and when it came down to making my decision, Charbel was the difference. One more Item off my Bucked List I’ve known Bill now for over 10 years and during that period I’ve purchased 5 fine Mercedes cars from Bill. The 5th one I picked up today a low Milage I’ve known Bill now for over 10 years and during that period I’ve purchased 5 fine Mercedes cars from Bill. The 5th one I picked up today a low Milage SL6.3 AMG. There is a bit of a story to the last one. In 2009 i was in Berlin and as I took an evening stroll along one of Germany’s famous Streets The Kurfürstendamm I stumbled across a MB Store as I recall it was noted inside as “Golden Dreams” only one car was on display it was a 2009 SL 6.3 AMG. The remainder of the store was nicely organized with model MB cars of all makes. Needless to say I fell in love with the SL 6.3 AMG model and left the store with a scale model car. On my return to Canada I saw Bill and left the scale model with him. I recall telling him at the time “Bill if you ever get a low milage one, call me it’s on my Bucked list” well last week we made the deal and today I picked up this fine automobile. Bill Schonauer is a true Gentleman and he will find for you what you desire, I recommend him highly. More
