He greeted and treated us like family from the moment we test drove the car, during purchase, and after the purchase too. He regularly checks in to see how things are going. I have never owned a Mercedes until now and I'm in total LOVE with it! Charbel is by far the most patient and to say the least, the most determined salesman I've ever met. It took us a total of 2-3 months to make a final decision and Charbel always took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us. He always took time from his busy schedule to call or text us to follow up from our last visit or conversation. I like this dealer, but not Jace I hate to write this but I feel I need to be responsible for other customers. Bought the car in early Sept. and somehow the front tow cover was mis I hate to write this but I feel I need to be responsible for other customers. Bought the car in early Sept. and somehow the front tow cover was missing when I picked up the car --- well, that's not a big deal. A few days later I received the missing part from Jace, but the part was broken. At the same time, I found the TIREFIT kit in my car was expired. Emailed Jace immediately regarding these things and she did not reply, at all. (You know, she was quite responsive the first day I picked the car when she sent me the review link for this website.) Ok, you might be busy. So I followed up multiple times in the following days/week. No reply. Finally, I had to drop by the dealer and the other staff was very helpful in solving my issue. During the purchase of the car, regarding the method of payment, I was intended to pay cash, Jace told me only certificate check is possible, others not accepted. Okay, I went to the bank. But when I came to Katrina to deal with the payment, I found out that many options are available! I don't know why but Jace left me an impression of taking advantage of her customers. I trusted her, but such small things made me feel uncomfortable. I recommend this dealer, but not Jace. More

I have not yet had my vehicle serviced but I have no doubt the service department will live up to the standards of the sales department at Mercedes London. More
