Absolutely the BEST SERVICE! I was driving down a remote part of highway 402 when the car suddenly went dead. Not knowing what to do, I phoned Mercedes Benz London for assistance. I was driving down a remote part of highway 402 when the car suddenly went dead. Not knowing what to do, I phoned Mercedes Benz London for assistance. Andrew from the service department responded to my plight and immediately dispatched a tow truck to pick up the car. As I pondering how to taxi myself home, another call from Andrew arrived. He was unable to secure a loaner car ( I was not expecting this!) but was able to set me up with with a new 2019 c300 that I could use until my car was repaired. All I had to do was hitch a ride with the tow truck operator and pick it up at the dealership! This sure beats me running around looking for a rental car. Once my car was repaired ( the fan belt blew apart) the good people at Mercedes Benz delivered my car to where I was working, over 100 kilometers away! Talk about being treated like royalty! I have dealt with many different car dealerships over the decades and NEVER had such incredible service like this!Also, during this experience Andrew kept me updated through text messages on what is happening to the car. Highly appreciated.Thank you Mercedes Benz and Andrew for going the extra mile in helping me. Surpassed Expectations !!! This was my second lease with the London Mercedes Team. I had switched from a competitor that rhymes with CMW due to the lack of response when contact This was my second lease with the London Mercedes Team. I had switched from a competitor that rhymes with CMW due to the lack of response when contacted. My lease was coming up for renewal and Tony reached out to me and got the ball rolling. I did not have to contact the office and inquire about a second lease. They where on the job and wanted to make sure I was happy and if I wanted to stay with the same model or make a change. Tony was exceptionally helpful and went above the level you come to expect. He worked with me and my "pickiness" to select the exact vehicle build I wanted, ordered it in and had me happily driving away with no anxiety at all.
