He was very knowledgeable and understood immediately what we were looking for in a second vehicle. He invited my wife to test drive the used 2012 Mercedes-Benz C250 4MATIC Sedan that she liked and went with her explaining the features. Last Saturday, together we met with Adam and test drove the vehicle being considered. I was also impressed with Adam's competent business approach as well as his friendly manner. We agreed to purchase the vehicle. During the week before finalizing the purchase we considered the extended warranty offered by Mercedes-Benz as well as another third party warranty. We spoke with Adam by telephone and mentioned that we were considering taking a warranty with another carrier. He asked that we send him the information so that he could look at the particulars. It became clear that Mercedes-Benz was the best extended warranty to purchase which we did today when we met to finalize and pick up my wife's vehicle. Again, thanks to due diligence by your sales staff we have a solid Mercedes-Benz extended warranty on her C250 sedan.
