Looking for a used GLK came out ontop with a diesel ML! This is a five-star dealership. All employees from the reception desk, to the finance manager (Sam Youngren) and our sales consultant (Adam Stockie) This is a five-star dealership. All employees from the reception desk, to the finance manager (Sam Youngren) and our sales consultant (Adam Stockie) were extremely polite and very considerate. We met Adam through a friend of ours (Dan Dale) and we were looking for a used MB GLK. Upon our initial visit the timing for us was not right for our family, so we never purchased the GLK we were looking at. When we were ready to buy -the next month- all the GLKs were sold! We noticed MB-London had a ML350 Bluetec for sale (for nearly the same price as the GLKs). We scheduled a test drive with Adam. Upon arriving for the test drive the vehicle was ready and it was extremely clean. Obviously the vehicle drove nice, it is a Benz! To our surprise, MB offered a $1500 finance credit along with low used car interest rate. What an incentive for such an amazing SUV. Needless to say, we purchased the ML350. Dealing with Sam in financing was a breeze and he made sure we qualified for low interest financing. We picked up the vehicle a few days later and Adam slowly and patiently worked us through the paper work. Once the paper work was completed, Adam took us into our SUV and went over EVERY button and function in the vehicle (and there is a lot). He was extremely patient with us and demonstrated a high level of knowledge in everything MB. Thank you Adam for such a smooth and effortless transaction.
