We found the vehicle that we wanted at the London location. We traded in our vehicle for a 2021 GLE and we got the best deal for both. We dealt with Tony and from start to finish it was an easy proce location. We traded in our vehicle for a 2021 GLE and we got the best deal for both. We dealt with Tony and from start to finish it was an easy process. We live in Caledon but was worth the drive to go see the vehilce. They delivered the car to our house so we wouldn't have to drive all the way back to London. We shopped around to different dealerships around the city and were not happy with the service and deals that we were presented. Tony at the London location really understood what we wanted and made that happend for us. Highly recommend this location. More

This is my 3rd purchase with Mercedes Benz London and each experience just seems to get better. I had decided to trade in my BMW and try the GLC. After years of a sporty sedan I wanted to move to a SU each experience just seems to get better. I had decided to trade in my BMW and try the GLC. After years of a sporty sedan I wanted to move to a SUV. I called Tony Yang on the phone on a Saturday morning and discussed what I was looking for. He went through some options and within 90 minutes I was at the dealership ready for a test drive. Tony was very professional and informative throughout the process. Rob Stockie a partner at the dealership was also excellent to work with and is a very genuine, caring individual. In fact when I was heading out for my test drive, Rob was cleaning the snow off cars in the lot! Greg in the business office was not pushy at all with the available after the sale options which I very much appreciated. It's a great dealership that shows a lot of pride and has a large selection of vehicles at all price points. I would highly recommend Tony and the dealership! More
