Backstory: I dropped off my vehicle for service this AM while Mario was plowin bears no representation of the rest of the Barrie Mercedes team. Backstory: I dropped off my vehicle for service this AM while Mario was plowing the lot. I drove around the lot to find a parking spot and after trying one that I couldn't get into (long sprinter), I kept driving and found one at the back of the lot. The area where I parked (and all lanes leading to it) was fully plowed, and there was honestly no snow to even be plowing. As I was getting my gear to go inside, I notice the plow truck pulled up in front of me. I look out the front window and Mario is aggressively waving his hands, pointing and giving the "xxx" hand/shoulder shrug. I opened my door to hear him out and he was going off about this is where he pushes the snow, I don't have any respect and I need to move etc. Because he was already set off before I even said a word to him and he was demanding respect but clearly couldn't be respectful himself, I decided to leave the vehicle right where I had parked. There was still plenty of room for him to get by and push the non-existent amount of snow. As I got out of my vehicle, he had driven around the corner and was waiting for me to get out to continue disrespecting me. Again, going on about respect, rudeness, he has a job to do, why can't I understand etc. I told him that if he expects respect, he needs to first start by showing it to me. As I walked from the back of the lot, he crawled the plow truck alongside me so he could keep yelling then proceeded to cut me off with the vehicle as I went to cross the walkway towards service...again, preaching about what's my problem, I need to have some respect etc. I again repeated my previous statement that I would have had full respect for him if he gave it to me in the first place. I walked in front of the vehicle, he reversed so he could once again follow me as I walked alongside service to the entrance, still being nasty and disrespectful while I refused to say anything more to him. I spoke with the service advisor and he was called into the manager's office while I was still there. No idea what was discussed...but when another employee says "that's Mario" after hearing the story, you have to believe that maybe Mario doesn't appreciate having a good job enough to be bothered to correct his attitude. Mario...here's a pro-tip on what to say to a customer if you need them to move their vehicle - this is the respectful way of approaching a customer and will garner you the respect you so demand: "Excuse me sir, I'm very sorry but these spots are where I push the snow from the parking lot. I know the lot is busy, but there are some free spots over X, or let me help you find a better spot". That respectful approach would have earned a "no problem, sorry about that" from the customer". We purchased a pre certified CLS from MB Barrie. Soon after and at subsequent servicing, chronic front end issues/noise were brought to their attention and repeatedly dismissed over years. Twice n Soon after and at subsequent servicing, chronic front end issues/noise were brought to their attention and repeatedly dismissed over years. Twice now we have had the car in for service that resulted in the car being “un-drivable” requiring immediate significant repairs from issues resulting from front power train issues that were missed and now passed warranty. Twice Mercedes Canada covered a significant percentage of the parts cost “under goodwill” but the dealer, which missed the issues, passed on 100% of labour costs. This most recent visit resulted in the car being at the dealer for 13 days. No loner vehicle available, therefore needed to pay for a rental vehicle over that time. Repair time went 4 days passed initial date given. Communication about most recent significant repair was not entirely transparent, significant events such as the vehicle would not be drivable for days or would not be ready by anticipated completion time were delivered at the end of the day impacting our plans significantly. We experienced zero accountability, defensive and frankly unprofessional communication when asked about how such deficiencies were missed. Dismissive to our concerns about reliability. When I did pick up the vehicle, they had me sign the warranty for work done, but did not provide a copy (even when asked), kindly took my payment, but no person was there to discuss the work done or go over the bill/warranty. When I asked if there was someone else I should speak with, the kind reception person at the service desk replied “nope”. Absolutely mind boggling. As a result, they receive 1 star rating for missing a voiced concern over years that resulted in significant repairs once out of warranty, poor communication that was not timely, where the insisted they were doing us the favour, and ultimately when I was there in person there was no one to go over the work done. I cannot recommend this dealership, in fact we have lost confidence in them and I would recommend avoiding them for MB servicing. This experience has also shaken our trust in MBs which will likely influence our next vehicle decision. 2016 CLS 2022 GLS More

This was my 4th or 5th purchase here. My only disappointment was the almost year long delay in delivery due to Covid issues .I feel that the car was depreciated before I even received it. My delivery went smoothly and I would especially like to thank Jimson M. for the excellent orientation of the car -on separate days- for my husband and I. He was very personable and patient. More
