I made an appointment to see him on a Monday night. When I called to tell him I was running late and coming from down town Toronto, he waited for me along with the sales manager Russ Pedersen. I had long relationship with my good friends at BMW, but once Russ let me take his CLS 63 AMG out for a drive that night, we came back sat down and I can tell you that we stuck a very good deal. I was very happy I made the trip and look forward to dealing with Rocco and Russ to find a new car for my wife. More

Sales and Service We have purchased four vehicles from David Bosley. Three were excellent one nothing but trouble. They provided a new loaner vehicle every time we took our vehicle back (2014 GLK Bluetech) In the end through our salesman David Bosley and the Sales Manager Russ Pedersen we were able to exchange our vehicle for an ML 350 Bluetech for what we considered to be an excellent deal given the fact that our vehicle has 20,000 KLICKS on the odometer. Our present ML is excellent. We have had few issues with our vehicles however when we have taken them in for Service we have received nothing but professional courteous service from the Service Manager Mr. Ron Hutchinson and his capable assistant Shonda Azevedo. We could not be more pleased with not only the sales staff but the Service staff who have bent over to accommodate us on all our visits. If you are in the market for a new or used Mercedes I would highly recommend you contact Mr. David Bosley. Should you require service on your present vehicle then do not hesitate to contact Ron Hutcheson. He takes a personnel interest in your problem and he and his staff will do everything in their power to ensure your satisfaction. More

Long ordeal, but happy with my purchase I spent a great deal of time at the dealership trying to figure out a price point. When I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and a hello. The receptionist asked if I had needed any help and put me in contact with sales right away. While discussing my interests in a new vehicle, the salesman offered me a coffee, juice, water and a nice cookie! We discussed the GLA, but I was more into the CLA. They had some in stock, so we spent some time looking into these vehicles. I had an idea of what packages I wanted in my car, but there were a number of options I didn't know about, and the salesman made sure to explain these to me. After some discussion, the vehicle I had intended to buy that day, ended up being a designed vehicle! The price was good and the wait for a designed vehicle is/was expected. They followed up with me the next day to tell me about the estimated delivery date. I liked that they kept me in the loop right away! I've read the other reviews on this site and I can honestly say that I haven't had any issues, nor has my friend. I look forward to my new vehicle, and thanks again!! More
