NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL Zero Star Rating. Test drove a truck (Saturday)(2012 f150) 2nd week of February. Called a couple days later (Wednesday) put a deposit on the vehicle Zero Star Rating. Test drove a truck (Saturday)(2012 f150) 2nd week of February. Called a couple days later (Wednesday) put a deposit on the vehicle that I WANTED to PURCHASE with Jeff in sales (who was GREAT). Because of conflicts with work schedules, i was not able to get back to the dealership until Saturday (3 days later) .. The sales MANAGER Called and advised me that if i was not there within 30 minutes he would sell the truck... that I ALREADY PUT A DEPOSIT ON. Arrived at the dealer ship within that time frame and was told (very frankly) that the truck was just SOLD. No apologies, ... NOTHING. I contacted the General Manager RICK BARNES via email to maybe shed some light as to how a SALES MANAGER can SELL a truck that I put a deposit on... NO RESPONSE. Will NEVER be back, i will certainly tell my experience to ANYONE and EVERYONE who will listen. Steer clear of this place. More
