They advertise cars using less than 1/2 the actual Km. Watch out for these guys...they advertised a car to look like a great deal but then claimed they “forgot to change the km’s” in the Auto Trader ad. An hour an a half before my appointment to see this car they texted me to tell me the actual km’s were 39,757. So what, they forgot to update this for a year? These kinds of practices dissolve trust with buyers. More

Not a good business model! Bought an SUV and on test drive, saw ‘new’ Brake Rotors and Pads, Wiper blades in back seat and the steering was loose. Took possession of Certified v Bought an SUV and on test drive, saw ‘new’ Brake Rotors and Pads, Wiper blades in back seat and the steering was loose. Took possession of Certified vehicle, and same rusty rotors were installed and wipers would hardly clear windows. Then drove vehicle and it was wandering on the highway. Took it back and was told to wait 2 weeks for appointment. Steering fixed but other items ‘passed safety’. Also gave me ‘trade in value’ for my used vehicle, which ended up include the Tax Break I wud receive from trade in! Watch them! Not an honest transaction overall! More
