Excellent Customer Service as usual I experienced excellent Customer Service from Dave. He booked my appointment promptly gave me several options. The service was very fast. I was expecting to be waiting for 2.5 hours but he was able to expedite service and I was out in just over an hour. Disorganized service centre Service appointments take way longer than you are told. 2.5 hours for a winter tire swap, TPMS and wheel alignment. Promised 1.5 hours. Previous weekend I wait 2 hours before they told me my wheels were still in storage. The service centre employee said they will call me on the Monday, they never did. Eventually I had to make an appointment again and ask them to make sure the tires were there for the appointment. And these were all appointments when the Service Centre opened. The only reason I go there is because the next closest Honda dealership is too far. More

Winter to summer tire swap Satisfied with service regarding tire swap. Winter tires to summer tires. Oil change was not necessary as CRV only has just over 5000kms. I was not advised if other fluids were checked while vehicle was in and topped up if necessary as a value added service. As a curtacy to myself and my wife we would have been grateful if that would have been made clear to us.
