The parts guy told me that's NOT how it works and turned his back to me as I was speaking to him. 2 hours later after seeing 4 managers I got a 20% discount. Problem was it was actually only 11% had to go back for the other 9% may have been an honest mistake but they are sloppy and their attitude horrible. They are only concerned with how much money they can get out of you. More

Power Window Issue Canada - snowing and temperature -2C with windchill -6. My power window was stuck in the down position so as I was driving on the highway [see weath Canada - snowing and temperature -2C with windchill -6. My power window was stuck in the down position so as I was driving on the highway [see weather condition] I called Meadowvale to bring it in for assessment/repair. "Buddy" tells me that the techs are busy and that someone will call me back. Then proceeded to tell me that the first available service appt is a week later LOL. Not sure that is what you say to someone who is driving on a highway while it is snowing with the window stuck open. Followup email occurred the next day - thanks Dawn. Hmm - given the situation one would fathom to just tell the customer to bring it in so someone can take a look. This would tell the customer you empathize with the situation and showed a sense of care. This is what Ideal Honda did and they repaired it the next day after the part came in. Yes, given my situation I was dialing for service and went to the nearest and 1st responder. More

We were very happy with the Excellent Customer Service provided by the Salesperson Mr. Rajesh Puri. He was very patient in understanding our requirements, and gave us the right suggestions. Once our car was identified, he then introduced us to Kevin for our Car Financial Purchase Plan. Kevin is also an excellent person to deal with at Meadowale Honda, and was able to provide us Excellent Service and provide us a thorough understanding of the different Financial Plans. More

Originally got a better deal in Scarborough but they promised me this to go there from Markham but i paid the prize. these people cheated me. When the insurance try to pay off the balance i realised that i was cheated by these people. Very dishonest people in this dealership. I wouldn't recommend any one go there.Please make sure what these people are promising to you. Never ever go to this dealer ship again. They delivered the new car with scratches so i complained to the manager he said they are going to replace some panels so, they gave me a rental car during that time, i was surprised that it was brand new car and they giving it to the customer without inspecting it. I emailed all these to the GM but nothing was done. More
Worst customer service ever This steelership made recommendations on items that were very recently serviced, presented me a service recommendation of $3500 before asking me of th This steelership made recommendations on items that were very recently serviced, presented me a service recommendation of $3500 before asking me of the service history, all that within having my car for 20 minutes, in 20 minutes they managed to accumulate more then half the value of my car in service work, wow. The best part is that I went in for a transmission issue, and one of the recommendations was to change my transmission fluid, you would think that they should have at minimum checked my fluid as part of the troubleshooting because if they did they would have noticed it was clean, I changed it myself every 2 years and I had just changed it this may.....the way they make recommendations without even physically checking the car first is theft. I strongly advise that all staff take a course in communications as others may have been taken for a ride. Staff couldn’t care less hanging out with friends and glued to their iPhones. The phone system lead me to dead ends, the shuttle setvice was terrible, couldn’t be reached and I ended up taking an Uber. This dealer is run by kids and totally ruins the Honda brand and reputation. More

Yesterday we purchased a new set of tires and once again we were not disappointed by Dawn Lamoureux ( service advisor ). As always Dawn went above and beyond what we expected.
