We were treated by everyone very courtesy and helpful.The test drive was excellent in that Daniel explained basic functions/features of the CRV. We bought the extended warranty on the used CRV and the finance/leasing person also wanted to sell us the rust protection. I indicated no, and then he reduced the price. The only negative in the overall experience. When we came back to the car, it had been cleaned totally. Great. More

The man who handled the visit was was very kind and was the best part of the service but he didn’t say his name. I don’t understand why you check my air pressure of my tires and tell me it’s low and not bo the best part of the service but he didn’t say his name. Far too expensive just for an oil change and to tell me my tire pressure is low and my window washer fluid is low. Small gestures go a long way More
