Our car panel showed low tire pressures. We took the car to Meadowvale Honda at about 9 am on December 23, 2024. It was quickly admitted and tires air filled. The service people stated that We took the car to Meadowvale Honda at about 9 am on December 23, 2024. It was quickly admitted and tires air filled. The service people stated that one of the tires may be flat, but if it deflates again, we have to bring the car back. The car panel showed the same sign again and we took it back to the service section at about 11 am on December 31 this time. Again, the car was quickly admitted and the tire was repaired free of cost within an hour. We believe it was an excellent goodwill gesture on the last day of the year. More

I had specifically mentioned to ensure the washer fluid was topped up. However, the Washer Fluid was not topped up. Between taking delivery on Dec 23 evening and the morning of Dec 24 the sensor started indicating that the Washer Fluid needs to filled up. Not a very good experience :) More

Charged for service that was not communicated before completed. Did not receive a call that my car was ready. This gave me no choice but to go to the service department to see if my car was ready sinc completed. Did not receive a call that my car was ready. This gave me no choice but to go to the service department to see if my car was ready since I needed to get to work on time and low and behold it was ready. Very upset that I didn't get a call from the advisor. Then I sent an email to k_assee@meadowvalehonda.ca on December 12, 2024 asking for k_assee to call me to talk abount my experience and I never received a call Very bad service from advisor and K_assee.
