This is where I purchased my CRV, so I'm a bit partial anytime I visit. I don't visit often because I moved away from the area. However, I'm never disappointed with the level of dedication and professionalism I encounter. This last experience was fantastic. Michelle was awesome with accommodating my request with very short notice. I was getting ready for a 2000 mile road trip and needed the car serviced. I spoke to a number of other Service Reps and she was the most flexible. And, so I had to drive from Niagara Fall to Meadowvale. However, it was worth the drive. To top it off she was was helpful in price matching and a small discount off the oil change. She also educated me on the ideal timeline for an oil change. No one had shared that previously....this is my second CRV ):(. Alas, I was very happy with the service I received. I am very appreciate of the car wash. A big thanks to Michelle and the team! More

Customer service receptionist / agent (Lexia) communicated with me through the entire process, keeping me informed and aware of any changes. I emailed your Financial officer with a request to provide me with the VIN (it was missing from the Lease Agreement) so that I can obtain the Proof of Insurance and would have appreciated it if I was given a reply. This is my third time to lease a CRV but the first two leases were from a different dealership. I had a great experience with Ideal Honda and had expected the same treatment. Your receptionist was very courteous and helpful to have provided me with the VIN. Thanks to everyone but there is always room for improvement. More
