Horrendous sales practise and most disappinting purchase! I purchased my vehicle from this place back in July and that was my first mistake. The original sales person that I dealt with left the dealership and nobody knows what is happening to my order. Finally got that sorted out after a few calls, just to find out a modification on a accessory that I wanted was not on the bill of sale. Then when the car was about to be delivered after 7 weeks ( yes, 7 weeks), they want to charge me almost 800 bucks for it. After I told the new sales person that I have the recording of what was agreed upon, that's when they said "they will honor it". Then when I was ready to pick the vehicle, the car was not even properly detailed! There were scratches all over! The main thing was the rare right passenger window panel was so scratched it is beyond buffing out, so I was told they will order the panel so that it would be replaced. It is almost Christmas and I got my car at the beginning of Sep, have not talked to anybody from this place other than the first 3 phone calls I made to inquire, and the answer from the sale person was " let me check with the shop see if it has been delivered", 3 phone calls, 3 exact same answer and now he just disappeared into thin air, and I just totally gave up. Just now I called a different dealership to do my first maintenance because I would never go back to this place again, just to find out my Ford Maintenance Plan did not get input into Ford system after over 3 months, now I have to provide my paper work to the new dealership to get my service done. I cant say I'm surprised, but am very disappointed after 4 vehicles with GM and decided to go to Ford, looks like it was a total mistake. STAY AWAY! More

Always a good experience I've been going to Meadowvale Ford for service for many years now. I've always had a good experience. There price was also less than CAA and Canadian Tire. I'll continue to use them on a regular basis. More

Scam artists Bought a newer used F-150 and time came for a recall - so I decided to use one of my first free oil changes and to purchase rims/snow tires. Then comes a call saying that I need new brakes/rotors, and a new engine filter. The woman I deal with for my truck Charlotte tells me that since I've had the truck under 8k and it's still under warranty, they'd only charge me $250 for the breaks. I asked her how come I need new brakes and rotors when I've barely had the truck and her explanation was that because the truck sat on the lot for several months, the brakes "rusted"... This engine filter was $30 on top of it, funny how this truck went through a "safety check" for a day before I could pick it up yet these parts were bad after a few months... Never again, I pray that I don't have to go back there for anything covered under my extended warranty. I sent them an email stating this same complaint when asked for a review of my experience - a week later, no response still. Avoid these scam artists. More

Save yourself some agrivation and go somewhere else I've had nothing but bad experiences from this dealer. They lied to me and they are really deceitful. I would recommend you steer clear, or even smarter stay away from ford vehicles in general (although I have had good luck with their e350's for some reason). Personally, I would never buy another new vehicle from this place as long as I live. In fact, I would never purchase another ford as long as I live either.. GARANTEED! Cheap junk, just like their dealers. Their service department sucks too. Nothing on my vehicle has ever been repaired or repaired properly and you always need something you didn't come for. I give this dealer 0 stars, but 1 is default. You should spend $45,000 there on a ford and find out what I'm talking about, or go somewhere that backs their product. Do your homework before you part with your hard earned money. That's my honest opinion. More

I'm the first to chastise and write a bad review when sales or service steer wrong, but I have to say I've been going here for 5 years for service and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very nice and have gone over and above the call of duty. The sales staff is equally great, bought my Edge from here and would definitely buy from here again. The people are courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. More
