Even though I was 15-minutes late for the appointment, there wasn't further waiting to be served, the shuttle was right there for a ride home, and the dealership called at the 'suggested' time for findings. Both Michelle @ Service area and the shuttle driver are very happy and personable. Yes, I will Definitely recommend Meadowvale Ford. More

The service department proposed to me to drop by the day after and fixed it right away. I would recommend the service department for any service to a Ford vehicle. More

One day before we were due to pick up our new Ford Edge (after we had signed the contract, purchased the insurance and provided a deposit) they called us to say the deal was off. They claimed there was a financial issue, although there wasn't one when we signed the contract. We believe, they realized the deal had too many incentives thrown in and therefore, weren't making the money on the vehicle that they wanted. So they called us up at the last minute to cancel the order. Really disgusted with their lack of ethics and poor service. Will never go back there and will tell as many people as we can to avoid Ford. But thanks to all of the other reviews on here that show poor service etc. I think this was a blessing in disguise. More
