Having my 2012 Ford Fusion serviced. I have a 2012 Ford Fusion that I purchased at Meadowvale Ford. I have always taken it back there for servicing. Michelle Burns, the service advisor I have a 2012 Ford Fusion that I purchased at Meadowvale Ford. I have always taken it back there for servicing. Michelle Burns, the service advisor I deal with, is courteous, friendly and she has a terrific sense of humour. She makes the experience is total pleasure! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. From the point of purchase to the servicing, I have never been let down. Thank you guys! More

He works well wit me the client and hand off of other sales items such as additional packages id done very professionally. His follow up to ensure I was satisfied not only with the product but with how I felt about it. I have driven many cars/SUV/ and trucks in 40 plus years of driving and this dealership has made me feel very comfortable and part of a family. My primary reason for going to this dealership is the way they all presented themselves and especially Brad. I have had Fords in the past and they serviced them completely to my satisfaction. Love the Car - The Dealer not so much We just had a ridiculous time with our Sales person - one of the worst ever. Unprofessional, Lazy, Rude, and refused to listen to us at all and was a We just had a ridiculous time with our Sales person - one of the worst ever. Unprofessional, Lazy, Rude, and refused to listen to us at all and was argumentative at every stage until we threatened to take our business elsewhere - and we would have if the car was available elsewhere but they were the only ones in a reasonable distance whom had the Color my wife liked. He rarely returned calls or emails We had to call him multiple times - and then once when we told him we would come in the next day when my wife was ill he called 6 times in 9 minutes. He quarrelled with our insurance team needlessly - when he did actually contact them a day and a half later; and when we got there to pickup the car - the paperwork wasn't even straight ( and we were actually late - I was so upset I just started talking to a friend via text on the phone to chill out - Actually about the care we were getting) When we picked up the car he didn't know how to walk us thru it at all; and ended up leaving 2-3 minutes in saying you guys look technical I'm sure you'll figure it out. Which was the final kiss-off. It's a plug-in hybrid with a lot of technology and there is a LOT to figure out - and I didn't appreciate my wife being treated that way at all. The Mats weren't in the car. They were in the trunk, It wasn't charged; And there is detail trim that needs to be repaired as it was broken by the detail team at the dealer, and just a terrible experience save for the finance manager Aneesh whom was actually quite pleasant. My wife was happy because she was getting a brand new car and I shielded her from all this garbage - but I write this review hoping that the dealer takes it commitments to client service seriously - or closes. More

"Thank you for the experience Bradley" Walked into the Meadowvale Dealership with my wife, shook hands with Bradley Scott and half hour later we were proud owners of a new 2017 Escape and o Walked into the Meadowvale Dealership with my wife, shook hands with Bradley Scott and half hour later we were proud owners of a new 2017 Escape and our first ever Ford vehicle. We told him what we wanted, for how much and we had ourselves a deal, just like that. The best part of this transaction was that Bradley spoke to us as human beings and not a belligerent salesperson to a potential buyer. Worst buying experience I came in to lease a Ford F-150 for my business, taheer was the most confusing/miscommunicating person I met. I had to call him to explain something e I came in to lease a Ford F-150 for my business, taheer was the most confusing/miscommunicating person I met. I had to call him to explain something every time which wasn’t explained the first time we did the deal. As well I had to call him for everything; Was I approved, when will it be ready which it took a week for a new lot cat they had, Also I had to ask him to do his job getting all the info for my insurance rep. It was very frustrating experience and I will not come back here again. More
