In the past, I've tried booking via phone for my older Ford (no longer under warranty) and never got a call back, so I took it to Canadian Tire, who did return my call. But Meadowvale's online booking system seems to work perfectly and the service on my new vehicle was great. Staff are friendly, helpful, and the dealership is clean and modern. But someone should really check the answering machine. More

Poor comuncation I was not happy with service at your dealership on March 20th. For starters it took three phone calls to book my truck in. I understand you only have one bay that you can service my truck in but it was a simple oil change. when I booked it I informed the appointment desk that I would drop it off at 7:00am and need it back for 3:00pm. I was called at 12:00pm and told that a tire rotation was needed which I approved. At 3:00pm I called for an update and left a voice message, I called back again at 3:45pm because my because know one got back to me and got a voice message again, Called again five minutes later and asked the receptionist to page someone and also she did was put me back to someone ones voice mail. Finally at after 4:00pm I spoke to a service adviser he confirmed my truck was ready. I asked for a shuttle ride it was arranged. I waited 40 min & had to call back for an ETA on the driver & again could not speak to anyone that could help me got voice mail again. called back explained to the receptionist that I wanted confirmation that the driver was coming and again put through to someone ones voice mail. I arranged for my own ride and was contacted by the shuttle driver at 5:00pm when I was on my way already. Needless to say I missed my appointment & not sure if I will be continuing to services my truck at your location. More
