After less than 1 year of purchase, I was disappointed with the response, I am getting from this sales team, I have tried to contact the sales team, even their top management, unfortunately, no single rep with the response, I am getting from this sales team, I have tried to contact the sales team, even their top management, unfortunately, no single reply. The dealership team is keen only to close deals, however, they never keep their wording either on a written agreement or verbal ones. I have a conflict and I never got the attention, all I get is you misunderstood the conversation. I am not recommending this dealership, furthermore, FORD because they have no upper hand on these unprofessional dealerships. ====================================== More
