Service: dropped off vehicle for service and was told no courtesy shuttle available in the early morning (7:30am) but when I arrived saw other customers accessing the shuttle. The lady at the desk claimed it’s “busy due to tire season”. Not sure what that has to do with receiving the support of a shuttle to my place of employment which is less than ten minutes away from the dealership. Disappointed for the second time with front desk staff. The oil change was fine but not sure why I keep returning to this dealership. Gave it a second chance! More
