Since mid-2017 until now - 7 years of Service Excellence from Bill P. (Senior Manager of Service & Operations) has motivated me to keep having our Mazda CX5 serviced here, eventhough it has been past its wa from Bill P. And although many automotive shops have been offering their low-cost services to our family. And that's because Bill is the type of leader that foster great ties with his customers and colleagues. In fact I dare say, that many times I've felt the exact same treatment from him, as from my family members too. Such commitment to customer care and utmost service, embodies what the Mazda core fundamentals are, and he exemplifies it so well. Mazda of Toronto is indeed very fortunate to have such a dedicated & customer-focused service manager to take care of such a core & critical business pillar - the service department. Late last 2024, I needed the CX5 serviced and his whole team - lead by him - went over & beyond in providing top notch customer satisfaction. My kudos to Mazda of Toronto for such service excellence esp thru Bill P., for leaving an indelible experience for me and my entire family. Keep up the great works and more power, Bill ! Having bought a second hand Mazda 3 in 2017 (Mazda Dealer, Orangeville)...........& my small local garage closing........and getting ready to make a 1400 k trip..............thought it best to get my Dealer, Orangeville)...........& my small local garage closing........and getting ready to make a 1400 k trip..............thought it best to get my car in for a good check-up by Mazda trained technicians. I was more than satisfied with the customer service/interaction/communication with Paul Maliakal & the use of technology.....in making the app't, showing photographs of the parts of the car needing attention, vehicle health check report & before & after measurements of work done including test drives. Great too that they had all the parts needed for the work to be done on the same day......while I enjoyed coffee & WiFi to work on my laptop while waiting. More

The reception for parts was extremely rude. I expressed my concern that the fuel pump fuse is broken again when it was “fixed” a month ago. Very rude and condescending. When asked about getting a rental he did not bother to check and simply stated that it’s “Friday” and no. I would give a zero if I could. His customer service is nonexistent and has very poor communication skill. I advise all who reads this to not go this dealership. Unhelpful and arrogant. DO BETTER!! More

I had gone to a few different dealerships in my local area and they could not find the deal for my trade in and the type of car that I was looking for so I decided to find a car dealer out in Toronto hop area and they could not find the deal for my trade in and the type of car that I was looking for so I decided to find a car dealer out in Toronto hoping to find a good used car and good price on my trade it. I found the Mazda of Toronto. There I met amazing sales guys Alex, Sajjad, Omar and Steven. As a team they were able to get me an amazing price on my trade in and also find me the perfect car for my daughter who is turning 16 soon and I plan to give this car to her and of course mom can use it too.
