I went to buy a Mazda 3 Sedan on April 2023. The sales agent Anthony Bhim lied to me that they have a administration fee, but in return they will give me “free” Tire and fob warranty for $600. W The sales agent Anthony Bhim lied to me that they have a administration fee, but in return they will give me “free” Tire and fob warranty for $600. Which i found out later that Mazda Canada doesn’t allow Admin fee. I asked him to remove it and he refused and said i will lose my deposit if i cancel it. I was disappointed with their selling tactics. When i went to finance Manager, Ben to remove that useless tire fob warranty he said “why would i do that, when we get profit out of it and this warranty comes with Car”. Basically he meant either take the tire and fob warranty or you won’t get the car. Such a sad and shameful tactics to rip off customers… More
