Purchased 2021 Volkswagen GLI, had a great experience with Jorge Correa the Senior Sales Consultant there. He used to take care of me with my vehicle in the Service Department but recently made a switch with Jorge Correa the Senior Sales Consultant there. Gave me a great deal and followed up after the delivery. Will definitely deal with him again next time I'm ready for an upgrade. 10/10 Service. More

This review will be long, but I believe it to be important to anyone that does business with these people.. To make a long story as short as possible, my pregnant wife and I went in to lease a 2022 Volkswagon Tiguan. We were serviced by sales associate, Syed Fahd Imtiaz. Our delivery date was October 30th, but we were told by Syed that if the car comes earlier that it can be held on lot until October 30th for us to pick up. The car arrived earlier than expected and we were forced to pick up the car on September 30th instead. I don't care that I had to pick up the vehicle a month early. The problem truly arises from the customer service of these people; once the sale was complete, they do not care about you. When we asked about keeping the car on lot for a month as Syed mentioned, we were told that this agreement was not done in writing. Yes, we should have got that in writing - I suppose we cannot take your salesman by their word. What annoyed me, was it was not "Yes, I know I said this, but unfortunately we cannot do it. I am sorry I am wrong." People make mistakes, this is understandable. What is not understandable is telling your customer that this agreement was not in writing and if the car is not picked up that it will be sold to another party; poor customer service. Upon picking up the vehicle, my wife and I were left to sign the finance documents ourselves. Syed completely left my pregnant wife and I to read over the documents and ensure that the finances added up. All the while we were reading the pages of documents, the associate with us (who could not answer any of our questions) would sigh and whine that we were taking the time to do our due diligence with the purchase. Great customer service; leave us alone to read all the contracts, not answer any of our questions, and try to rush us out the door. At some point, we managed to track down Syed and ask him to check something about the car for us. He had to go to the service department to do so. 30 minutes went by and the manager, Vince had found Syed smoking with his buddies in the back. Yes, I am not exaggerating... While my 8 month pregnant wife and I were waiting for Syed to get us information he decided to take a 30 minute long smoke break. I hope you are starting to see the problem with these people now. As we were leaving Vince Spennato had apologized for Syed Fahd Imtiaz's behaviour. Vince said that this whole experience was not the way they normally conducted their business and we agreed that I would receive a free detailing on my Volkswagon Jetta for the poor level of customer service I received. I figured this was fair and at least the manager seemed to care. A month goes by and I email Vince asking him the steps to get this detailing. He doesn't respond for 4 days as every day I kindly email a follow up email and call him once and leave a message. After finally emailing something along the lines of "I am clearly being ignored, don't bother with the detail I am going to write a review on Google because this level of customer service is horrible." I get an immediate email from Vince stating that his email and phones weren't working. Isn't that convenient? The moment I send an email saying that I will write a Google Review Vince becomes Jhonny on the Spot. His initial response to my email was exactly as you'd expect from a person of Vince Spennato's character: "This is the first email i got from you why are you threatening first of all and what can i do for you" Funny enough it was actually written exactly like that, punctuality and everything. Here I am, a extremely dissatisfied who has been ignored for days and I get hit with a half hearted message written from someone that sounded like that were hungover or on drugs.. I've now rejected the detail and am writing this review so that buyers become aware of the people that work here. Learn from me, just go elsewhere. More

I found the Martin Grove Volkswagen dealership to be very professional, flexible, and a joy to work with. The atmosphere at Martin Grove inside the building is very collegial. I was especially impressed with the level of service I received from Michael Soufi and Bobby Ali. Michael is a very astute sales consultant with a sound knowledge of the industry, the competition in the class I was interested in, the product, and what it means to go "above and beyond" in terms of service. Michael provided very technical and accurate reasons on the advantages of buying a VW. Michael took my calls after hours, was flexible on the payment method for making the deposit, and showed some flexibility in the sales contract negotiation, leading to a win-win for both. We got the contract locked up quickly and smoothly, so the vehicle was available for pickup the following week. Michael exceeded my expectations. Bobby is a business manager and has a very deep knowledge of warranty products and was able to discuss technical questions of mechanics and risk in the context of warranties. Bobby provided me with excellent advice on these issues. When I picked the vehicle up, it was flawless and shining inside with a nice Martin Grove Volkswagen bag on the passenger seat with some neat high-tech VW gadgets. In short, I highly recommend Michael Soufi, Bobby Ali and the team at Martin Grove Volkswagen. Colin More
