Service appointment I called my sales person Graham on Thursday evening because my wiper motor wouldn’t work . Graham made an appointment for me for Friday. The vehicle was brought in Brad in service was great . Because it was the weekend and the part had to be ordered and wouldn’t come in till Monday Rick the sales manager authorized Graham to give me a loaner. All three people , Graham in sales, RIck the manager and Brad in service were fantastic. Even though I don’t live anywhere close to Marlborough , I always take my vehicle there, knowing I would be looked after. Thank you guys. More
Not thorough service Hi, I don't normally leave many reviews but was not happy with the situation I encountered during my latest service trip to Marlborough Ford. When I Hi, I don't normally leave many reviews but was not happy with the situation I encountered during my latest service trip to Marlborough Ford. When I booked the appointment (through Dwayne), I notified him that the check engine light was coming on and off periodically and asked if they could check it. He said it could only be checked if the light was currently on. I took my vehicle in for its service through the Ford prepaid maintenance plan (which is overpriced in my opinion and no discount was offered due to loyalty after I purchased my last 3 vehicles there!). While it was being serviced, the check engine light came on and I received notice of this through Ford pass app. I tried calling my advisor (Brad) to ask him about the check engine light and confirm that I absolutely want it checked, however he did not answer his phone so I left a voicemail for him. He called me an hour or two later to let me know that my vehicle is finished and it can be picked up, oh and by the way the check engine light was on. I was like well did you check it?! Well no they didn't check it and actually I had to leave the vehicle there over the weekend for them to check on Monday and actually I had to call on Monday because Brad did not let them know I wanted it checked. I feel they should have called me as soon as possible when they noticed the light was on to confirm that I want it checked. Of course I want it checked, its still on WARRANTY! Why would I want to drive home with a vehicle that has just been serviced and that now has the check engine light on?! I am strongly considering using a different Ford for my service and my next vehicle purchase, which will be in about 1 year. More

Great Dealership... Sales, Financing, Service all amazing! I have bought 3 new Ford Escapes at Marlborough Ford and have always had a great experience! They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and NO PRESSUR I have bought 3 new Ford Escapes at Marlborough Ford and have always had a great experience! They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and NO PRESSURE! Unfortunately, I had to get my current vehicle prematurely, as just before I had my second Escape for one year, I was in a bad accident (not my fault lol). I still don't have any memory of the day before waking up to paramedics around me with an IV in my arm. Despite being totalled, my Escape performed amazingly and kept me in a total cocoon of protection... all of the airbags deployed (drivers side, passengers side, front window, steering wheel, and at my knees) but the best part was that my Escape actually CALLED 911 FOR ME!!! Which was a good thing, as there was no witnesses but I had the medical attention I needed. It's been 1.5 years since that happened and I'm still being treated for a concussion and other neck and back issues stemming from nerve damage but I'm very grateful that it wasn't much, much worse! Bruce Palin and Ken Livingstone (Finance Department) were wonderful, fighting for me with the insurance company and got me into another new Escape quickly, without me even having to go into the dealership before I picked it up. Thank you Bruce and Ken!!! My experiences with the service department has been great too... whether it's an oil change or needing new tires... they took the time to be sure I got exactly what I needed and did research for me, explaining pros and cons for all options... kept me informed of the progress and even dropped me at work and picked up me again to get my vehicle! More
xThis dearlership is just getting to moneygrubbing I went in to get an oil change and recharge the refrigerant in the air conditioning. Oil change went from $83 in Feb. to $95 in July Air conditionin I went in to get an oil change and recharge the refrigerant in the air conditioning. Oil change went from $83 in Feb. to $95 in July Air conditioning required a $160(1 HR.) diagnostic charge then another $160 to recharge the system with $16 of refrigerant and additional charges of $64 of shop supplies(.??????????) WHAT A RIP OFF, WILL NOT BE BACK THERE. T Bender More
