I am a repeat service and body shop customer over some 2-3 decades. Every visit is a guarantee , I said a GUARANTEE of fraud! Whether inept performance by idiots. Or fraudulent diagnosis of hundreds and thousands of dollars the LIES are consistent EVERY VISIT!! Ive run into strangers in passing in the general ne quarter of this dealership location and overheard identical loss disappointments with their Ford at this place. That is no coincidence, that is a pattern. You WILL be a victim here. Let me describe just a few examples over time. Whoops we brlke a key off in your Ford. Youll now have to use 2 different keys one to start the other to unlock. We inspected everything in this major costly serbice no problems tranny shoes no sign of wear......later a tranny problem begins. Theyve forgotten their former lies and report upon a diagnosis some 4 months later, " ohhhh bad on you....no warranty you should have brought in earlier we found signs of very long term wear in the transmission. OK, youre either idiots then or idiots now? Or, you were lying then to get mondy for no actual major inspection or youre lying now to avoid warranty or try to yrick someone into a big payment for NOTHING. Which is it?? Duh caught!!! Thats just a couple of many many more instances of being caught. Either way these guys are criminals and the managers get HUGE portions of your cash if yhey czn do a repair for 100bucks yet convince you its much worse to trick you jnto paying huge money straight into their slimey pockets. BEWARE....PROTECT YOURSELF AND AVOID THESE CRIMINALS TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWERS THEY ARE NOT ANGRY PEOPLE JUST VICTIMS. BEST WISHES TO YOU. More

Power Train Unit I had a terrible noise in my 2014 ford Edge. Took to my local auto repair shop. Was told it was my Power Train Unit. Luckily it was under warranty I had a terrible noise in my 2014 ford Edge. Took to my local auto repair shop. Was told it was my Power Train Unit. Luckily it was under warranty and the guys at the shop recommended Marlborough Ford as the place to take it. I called Cassie there to get my vehicle in what a great gal! Dropped my vehicle off that night. She said it would be a long repair and they would hopefully get to it the next morning. Well they did and i picked up my vehicle the next day. I got a detailed report and overall my experience was great! It;s nice when a dealership service department looks after you so well despite the fact you didn't buy the vehicle with them. More

They charged us 2800 for a tpu repair and when we got the call to pick up the car. Next morning.. Were there early so as not to be off work. Waited for an hour wondering what's happening.. Later on a guy sad.. We have a problem becoz ur cars battery is totally drained and won't start and the gas tank is zero empty. I would say this dealership has some xxxxxx business going on and i hope the management investigates into this becoz it is a really totally ugly experience for the customer. Think twice before u take ur car here!!!! More

Worst service. worst service of all time. Picked up a brand new pickup and water is leaking inside. Kept my pickup for 3 days and All they did is put a thick layer worst service of all time. Kept my pickup for 3 days and All they did is put a thick layer of silicon on my windshield and told me to drop it back when Windsheld gets in. Dropped it back for windshield , yeah sure they replaced the windshield but scratched my side pillar. Now, they been telling me we don’t have time to fix that scratched pillar for atleast a week. What a wonderful customer service. 👎 👎 More
