The Works on my Escape I had the works done on my escape last weekend. I waited for it, Erin told me that it would be 1-1. 1/2 hours. My vehicle was done in about an hour. April 28, 2018---Recall I brought in my car for oil change and I told them there's a couple of recalls. They said they don't have time to do recalls on a Saturday. Fast service I. Ave two Fords, 2916 Edge and 2009 F150. I have had the Edge in for warranty work and winter tire swaps, great friendly service have had no issues w I. In stage spring of 2017, my moon roof would not close all the way it was around 430pm and starting to rain, I called Marlborough Ford and spoke to Nick explained the situation and that I have no place to park the Edge out of the weather, Nick says they can take it over night and when I got there he had a loaner ready for me. The Edgd was ready at noon the next day. My F150 needed some electrical work done licence plate light, heater fan motor and drivers door lock. Again fast service. I was advised up front by Katie that there would be diagnosis charges for each item. Katie called me a few hours later to go over the results and to authorize each repair. My truck was ready the next day, they even washed it for me as a complimentary service. More

Brought in my 2013 Fusion for a recall and to get Advance Trac, ABS, Stability control lights checked up as all the lights lit up at the same time along with back up sensors that stopped working. Sam was the gentleman who “helped” me out, after waiting in the waiting area from 8am to 3pm I get a diagnosis charge of 1 hour and I was told that technician “fixed” the backup camera as the wires were corroded and I was like “but their was nothing wrong with the camera” and after a 5 seconds awkward stare and silence I am told that “maybe it was the sensor and the technician is confusing it with backup camera” to which I said “ but all the comments on diagnosis are about camera which was perfectly Fine.” The guy walks to the back office to talk to someone and comes back and says “I will charge you for 1 hour diagnosis FOR THE BACKUP CAMERA because the wires Were corodded and the technician recommended that if the camera stops working again then I recommend getting a new camera installed. Wow! So I pay for the diagnosis that I WAS NEVER there for and I am told the technician working on your car is only good with backup cameras and not ABS and we will reschedule you for next week to get ABS looked at. I said ok but I shouldn’t have to pay for diagnosis as I have already paid you for something that was working to begin with. Sam very clearly said “ No you will not have to” . One day before my appointment I get a call for appointment reminder and I told that lady yes I am coming but please ensure that there’s a note on my file that the appointment is for ABS and that I shouldn’t be charged for diagnosis as I paid already. After a minute of looking around she confirmed yes you won’t have to. Then following day I drop off the car and in a few hours I get a call that some ABS wire is corodded and total parts, labour and diagnosis is $471 and it will be done in 2 hours. I told Sam that I will need to reschedule the appointment and I would come pick up the car, the guy tries to push me to authorize the fix and I said no I will reschedule and for them to send the shuttle please. 15 minutes later I get a call that the technician can get it done in 30 minutes since the wheels are already off and by the time shuttle picks me up and brings me to the dealership, within 30 minutes, the work will be done. Again I said “No I will have to reschedule.” When I went to pick up the car I am walked straight to the “payment room” and told that we will just take the deposit for next appointment that way we can hold the parts and pushes me to pay almost $300. I asked what am I being charged for and there’s the $175 diagnosis fee again. I reminded him that I shouldn’t be paying for it since it’s already paid for and the gentleman completely went back on his words and he goes we are talking about two separate issues here and each diagnosis is separate, just basically pushing me to pay more AND still leave some work for next time to keep me coming AND the recall work is completely forgotten about among all these money grabbing tactics. So I ended up paying $315 just for....well “A diagnosis” I am still being told to come for the backup sensors’ diagnosis. I was upset, disappointed with these shady, unprofessional and pathetic tactics by Ford so upset that I didn’t even want to argue or deal with this place anymore. I still paid another $175 and made an intention that I am not walking in this dealership ever again. I was debating to call them before writing this review, and turns out Service Manager’s voicemail is not even initialized and I can’t even leave a message. Stay away from this dealership, or be prepared to be taken for a ride. Very disappointing indeed! The least you could do is refund the fee that you Shouldn’t have charged and ensure to address the root cause of such unethical practices More

Additionally, they handed in the vehicle without washing it or detailing it. the car looked awfully dirty despite it was less than 6 month old (from manufacturer) based on provided documentation. I will not recommend doing business with them. More
