Oil change I’ve been getting my oil change & other maintenance services from another Ford dealership for quite some time now, but it was a little far from where I’ve been getting my oil change & other maintenance services from another Ford dealership for quite some time now, but it was a little far from where I live now so I decided to try Marlborough Ford since this is closer. Honestly, I can say Im not dissatisfied but also Im not totally impressed. My appointment was 9:30, I came in around 15 mins. early. So I assumed they started the oil change at the latest 9:30. I was able to get my vehicle back at past 12 noon ! Although I requested them to check & give me a quote for some burnt-out bulbs in my dashboard/gauges, I think almost 3 hours wait in their lounge was too long for that ! And I have to come to the service area twice before I was given the quote that I requested, b-coz nobody’s giving me an update or whatsoever of what’s happening in my vehicle. I ended up reporting late for my 2:00 work. To summarize, Im not sure if I will come back to this dealership for service again. I might or I might not. More

Great service Dropped the car of in the morning for a windshield exchange, oil change and tire rotation! Snow Tires Rock !! I was able to make an appointment for October 2, 2018, for the Works, and a tire change. Little did I know that we would have a record snow overni I was able to make an appointment for October 2, 2018, for the Works, and a tire change. Little did I know that we would have a record snow overnight. I was just able to get through my back lane to make my appointment. From the friendly personal notification my vehicle was due Marlborough Ford is excellent because of the care and attention they give you and your car! From the friendly personal notification my vehicle was due for servicing to the Customer Centre where you can have any kind of Gourmet Coffee or snacks to the shuttle service the focus is on you, the owner. The work done is very thorough and with the checkpoint system they use to monitor your car, time is spent reviewing it and discussing tires, brakes, coolants, etc with time estimates to get the work done. They also follow-up with you personally to ensure you are satisfied and the car is working optimally!.They care! More

Great Services - reliable location I have been with Ford Marlborough since 2015. They ( service and sale) are good all the time. Service cost is reasonable.
