Very Disappointed For the 3rd time I took my vehicle in for Maintenance and Repair for my Touch Screen display Navigation. It continually changes color from black to For the 3rd time I took my vehicle in for Maintenance and Repair for my Touch Screen display Navigation. It continually changes color from black to dark blue to light blue. This only started after the dealership installed a Remote Start in my vehicle. It was there for the entire day and when I went to pick it up I was told that the problem didn't happen when the technician had it out. I got in my vehicle and didn't even get out of the parking lot and the color changed on the screen from black to blue. I drove around the block and it changed color 5 more times. I went back into the service department and I realize it was almost closing time. I spoke with a female service advisor who said there were no technicians around. I was also told I could take a video of it when it was happening because they can't fix it if they don't see what is happening. I believe that would be called distracted driving. I got in my vehicle and drove home watching the screen change color repeatedly. They did however fix several other problems and did the maintenance. I have paid for 2 rental vehicles and my vehicle is not repaired to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with this dealership when I went through the purchase process, however I am reconsidering having my service work done here. More

And not only was the vehicle able to get in the shop that day, they found the issue and were able to get the parts that day. I was blown away that my vehicle was done the next day which was a Saturday! Service Advisors are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, both factory recalls were addressed during scheduled service visits, and have had no issues with the work performed by Marlborough's technicians. feedback went there for my getting fix my Explorer, no complaints with Sam and Samantha they both were friendly and knowledgeable. only problem was the courte went there for my getting fix my Explorer, no complaints with Sam and Samantha they both were friendly and knowledgeable. only problem was the courtesy car I was given its interior was so dirty and dusty, it looked like no maintenance given ever, no auto starter it was so much trouble for me especially when someone has 2 little kids to take care off and temperature is -40c so please take care of this vehicle. girl (dont remember her name)in service needs some patience as I was first connected with service before bodyshop. thanks More
