Terrible diagnosis process Long time customer that had there vehicle towed in. I was told I required a new engine after there diagnosis. I sat on the vehicle for six months savi Long time customer that had there vehicle towed in. I was told I required a new engine after there diagnosis. I sat on the vehicle for six months saving and doing my research on who best could rebuild my motor with all the confidence that ford has done there job correctly. I have a friend who wanted to double check with me to what it was doing before I towed it over and spent thousands on rebuilding the engine. Within 5 minutes it was diagnosed as a small component that fires the injectors and not mechanical as ford claimed. I am incredibly disappointed at this time that after losing 6 months of business that it was something so simple. I drove it for a day and unfortunately had a rad hose leak. Took it to ford as I feel like they owe me at this point and ask for the service manager to contact me upon review of my old invoice so I can hear the explanation of how this terrible diagnosis was even possible. I’m called a few days later and told my vehicle is done and the manager did what he could for me without me even talking to him at all. I go in pay the bill walk out and upon my email of my survey of how ford did I tel them who do I talk to before I give my terrible review. I’m called about an hour later and after a couple rounds of phone tag as I’m busy I receive a voicemail from the service manager saying he’s away Thursday and Friday and he will call me Monday to chat. Well the next Thursday after no phone calls whatsoever as stated in the voicemail I inform them they have lost a long time customer. Marlbourough ford had every chance to rectify this problem but I was completely unsatisfied I’m not only the way the diagnosed my vehicle completely wrong in the first place. But also how they treated me after the fact when I wanted them to explain themselves on how this could happen and offer me a solution. More

They never ceased to amaze me whenever we come in for repairs, maintenance, concerns or even just to chat. We are treated like royalty making sure that whatever is needed to be done gets done...and done right! They go the extra mile to ensure that my vehicle is in tip-top shape and explain to us everything clearly. Very Professional all across the board at Marlborough Ford. Special mention to Kathryn, Nick, and Doug at the service department. Keep up the good work folks! More

Marlborough Ford I like this place. I have bought and or leased 10 or 11 vehicles here since 2000. My last purchase was a 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat. I deal with Jody or D I like this place. I have bought and or leased 10 or 11 vehicles here since 2000. My last purchase was a 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat. I deal with Jody or Darren and really feel well taken care of. They have both gone out of their way to help me out and that leaves a long lasting impression. I really don't even consider myself a Ford guy. A new vehicle is a new vehicle, right? To me it's all about the service and the way I feel when I leave there. I'm not sure that I've ever, been able to say that I, trusted a car salesman until now! :-) More

Maintenance Work I set up the appointment for March 14th. Dealt with Harmony, very friendly. I requested a ride to work, shuttle was out on runs, my salesman (Graham) I set up the appointment for March 14th. Dealt with Harmony, very friendly. I requested a ride to work, shuttle was out on runs, my salesman (Graham) was up front and knew I had an appointment. Graham went above and beyond and drove me to work. When my vehicle was ready, Harmony called and then the shuttle driver (can't remember his name) called me when he was 10 minutes away. He was very friendly. Pick up process was quick and easy. More
