I am still thinking about the wonderful level of service I received a little more than a month ago. The service department was able to take my vehicle in earlier than our appointment. Once the initial assessment was made; suggestions were offered and the suggested services were explained as well as why they could be of benefit. I declined most and accepted others without any pressure. The truck was returned and the invoice explaining the service was reviewed with me. It was a refreshing interaction with Jim and very professional handling of the service. More

Antony Liu , horrible sale rep. I had placed an order GR86 a year ago. Every month I had been calling him to check the updates of the order. At the end I had to call and follow up. After a year I cancelled and asked to give me back the deposit. He told me i will be able to go and get the cheque in a week. Now 10 days had gone. The repair charge for brake noise problem is much more than my expectation. When I called they said the service appointment date I had would be able to wait for the vehicle. Last two appointments have been wonderful and I got out of there within the hour. Today, I went into the waiting room and there were 4 people there. An hour had gone by and I got a text saying my vehicle was almost ready. Another hour have gone by and the 4 people plus the 3 people who came after me have come and gone. I was the last one waiting for my car that was going through a SERVICE #1 service. I actually had to go up and ask what the heck is going on with my car since I had a work meeting in an hour to get to and did not expect it to take 2 hours for a simple service. I finally got my car and I had previously asked for a complimentary car wash. The car was NOT WASHED. I could see my fingerprints were still left on the glass. I'm seriously thinking of switching to another dealership for further services. More
