Poor Reflection of Toyota' s name Bought a pre- owned 2017 22 k Corolla SE certified car. After 3 months of use, dealership found car unsafe and needed 5 k of repairs including replace Bought a pre- owned 2017 22 k Corolla SE certified car. After 3 months of use, dealership found car unsafe and needed 5 k of repairs including replacement of rack and pinion and 2 front tires. Accused us of poor driving and encountering an unreported accident. Car has been in their service bay now for two full months and no one from their service department or their management has replied to our issues. The dealership is brazenly neglectful and does not care about the customer. Definitely a bad reflection to Toyota's good name. More

Beware of lazy service Took my car there to fix speed sensor and the mechanic advised that the speed sensor was too corroded to be removed and would damage the transmission. Took my car there to fix speed sensor and the mechanic advised that the speed sensor was too corroded to be removed and would damage the transmission. Said I would need to replace the transmission too. Was told that my 2003 with 213000 km car was too old and should just buy a new car. Took my car elsewhere and had it fixed in no time. My car drives like it never had any problems. Do NOT bring your car there for any service!! You have been warned. More
