Poor Service and Customer Satisfaction Service takes forever. Asked them for a quote for winter tires, they said best price and price was really high. Went to Hogan Chev and right away gave me a really good price. First time dealing with Hogan Chev and amazing service there compared to Markville Chev. Brought the price back to Markville Chev and told them that your partner store quoted a better price and then they finally brought down there price, but still wasn't able to match it. Waste of time at Markville Chev. Promised me a Esso Gift card when I purchased the GMC Acadia with them, still never received it. People working there are unaware of what's going on and try pushing you over to another rep. Waste a lot of time. Wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone unfortunately. More

Got frustrated every single time! Very slow, inefficient, unacceptable customer service. 3 hours to only swap the winter tires that are already on the rims where they promised it will Very slow, inefficient, unacceptable customer service. 3 hours to only swap the winter tires that are already on the rims where they promised it will be done in less than an hour!!! I understand if it happens sometimes, but it happens very frequent on evey kind of services they provide. I have many stories to share about their services during the last couple of years. Unfortunately we bought our Volt there and they are the closest to our house... They listen to customer's feedback but it goes in from one ear and gets out from the other... Frustrating!!! More
