I explained to him that I was away on work and that I had no way of getting my trade over to him at the dealership. He went above and beyond my expectations by offering to travel more than 40kms each way to get my car. He then got my new car ready and again had me picked up at my office when I got back and brought me to the dealer to get the car. Although I bought a used car, when I arrived the car was waiting there all clean and shiny and looking great! I'd have to say that dealing with Angelo and Markville Chevrolet made my car buying experience painless. Will definitely recommend! More

I was shown the bird's eye of the store and invited to look around, at my leisure, George would be around if I had questions. Other staff were friendly, They assured me I was in good hands when I told them George were working together. I found the car I wanted t see; an older used Buick. George came over with the keys and started the car. It was very warm, he wanted us to have a comfortable test drive. As is the case with most used cars, I found an unexpected surprise. The car was exactly as advertised! On our return George and Angelo were waiting to greet us. Angelo explained the history of the car, and described it as 90% there cosmetically and 100% there mechanically. I observed a couple concerns, and Angelo had a mechanic in the car within 5 minutes. We agreed the car needed some attention, and I was assured it would be handled. I thanked them for their time, and noted I had one other car to look at before deciding. Still no pressure, no hard sell. Both men told me they were there if I had questions, or wanted to make a deal. I did. They had sold me on the Dealership's (and their) integrity. I felt confident buying an eleven year old Buick that I would be treated the same as if I had bought a new Corvette. A little negotiating and the deal was done. The after sale service has been better than the purchase transaction. These guys won't sell you car, they will make sure you are comfortable and happy with your purchase. Markville truly wants to cultivate customer relationships, not just sell a car. They stand behind their promises, and they won't stop until you are satisfied. I recommend this operation without hesitation. Even if you are not in the market for a car - my experience with the Service Department was equally pleasant. Thank you for all your help, and thank you for doing business the right way. People relating with people for mutual benefit, not predatory sales waiting for a witless victim. More
nick is amazing!!! rest of the company is total crap!!! purchased a brand new equinox, Nick the sales man was fantastic and worked really hard to put the deal together,, went in for service 3 times and ever purchased a brand new equinox, Nick the sales man was fantastic and worked really hard to put the deal together,, went in for service 3 times and everytime i got my vehicle back there was a problem 1st time- go in for service of a noise from the rear...service man Kevin tells my wife could be dirt in the springs.( how crazy) ... get an oil change and get the car back with oil on the steering wheel and oily finger marks on the seat and a scratch on the hood.....i wiped up the oil and let it be 2nd visit- steering problem .....kevin tells my wife its in her head and they all drive the same....i explained to kevin its not in her head there is a problem....his response was that my wife was the daily driver not me and i could not make a judgment call like this.....i complain and they decide to keep my car for 3 days they tell me they changed the front end and offer me a bill for $4500.00... i advised the car has 20k on it and they can give the invoice to gm warranty....he claims it was a mistake and sends us on our was....oh did i forget to mention 3 long scratches on the door... now car drives worse then before guess what comes in the mail.... a recall letter from gm as the front end is faulty and causes a shuttering while steering left or right........guess it was not in my wife's head after all 3rd visit... recall done and Kevin calls my wife to pick up the car when i specifically told him to call me ... he tells her the car is perfect and ready to go......i go in before my wife and advise i want to drive it first......do a test drive car feels the same ...i go in and complain to management.... Kevin comes out as says " oh sorry didn't realize we have more hoses to install can you pick it up tomorrow???...... how do you make a mistake like this? i guess customer safety is not a priority..... come back the next day pick up the car still feels off ....go look and my trailer hitch has been removed and the bumper and tail lift are scratched..... service manager denies there ever being a trailer hitch on the car yet it was sitting on his tool box spoke with john Lau " service manager....extremely rude and was more then happy to avoid talking about the damage...insists it was like that long and short they are a dishonest dealership with poor service skills and an absolute disappointment.....it is obvious that Nick Z is the only thing keeping them afloat......i wish Nick great success however will never buy anything from that dealership again 3rd visit.... I am on my second Enclave and the purchasing experience in both cases has been excellent. Dealing with John Reid and Nick and Aldo was efficient and straight forward with no surprises or last minute "we need more Money etc" negotiations. Service has been very good with Judy always handling my needs efficiently, with a ever present smile and humour. She is and has been the one constant in the service department who always has my best interests at heart. Her position is one that reflects on the total dealership as we deal more with service than sales, and I can only imagine the stress of dealing with the public especially when the customer has issues re their car. If anyone deserves a raise it would be Judy! Keep up the good work. Bill Carnaghan More

This car was for my daughte After inquiring about an advertised vehicle on the internet, their used car salesman Bruce gave me a price over the phone. This car was for my daughter. We drove over 56klm from Oshawa to get there. When we arrived Bruce was more interested in hooking up my daughters phone to the Bluetooth than showing us the car itself. He was more interested in showing her the "cool" screen display!! My daughter is only 20 and has worked hard over the past 5 years for her money. This is her first car purchase. After Bruce realized she was in love with the car he brought in his office. All of a sudden the price of the car was $1000.00 more than the "out the door price" than stated over the phone. He told us it was more because of the colour. An out right LIE!! Buyer beware with this dealership and especially Bruce. We left very disappointed and my daughter pretty much in tears, we went to an HONEST dealer closer to home and bought the car there for the price originally stated by Bruce.Same car , same colour. All in all over 2 1/2 hours of wasted time not including my gas!!! More
