Save yourself time going to different dealers and appraising your trade-in vehicle, you simply won't find a better deal the amount they would take your car. Tom the financial manager goes out of his way to get your finance done seamlessly. From the day we walked in for trade in to delivery day literally took only 3 days!!! Highly recommended. Ridiculus liers at the service department, Extortion!!! This dealer not only bluntly lied to me, almost every time I visited them, they have also potentially endangered my family’s life by messing with the This dealer not only bluntly lied to me, almost every time I visited them, they have also potentially endangered my family’s life by messing with the breaks on my new car. They purposely damaged the breaks on my car and extorted thousands of dollar from me. I bought 2012 Mitubishi Outlander XLS, and brought it back to the same dealer for regular maintenance. At 20,000KM they told me that the breaks on the car needs to be serviced. I asked exactly what kind of service since 20,000km seems a bit too soon for breaks to go, but they said it's part of regular maintenance. - The breaks make very loud noise (even when they are not engaged, and noise is rolling with the wheel) when the temperature is above 15 degrees after that service. - I took it back several times and they said they serviced the rotors, and changed the breaks again, (the blamed rust on the rotors at first, then they said the rotor is warped and they have replaced it) but since it was in winter I didn't notice the issue till spring when it started to warm up. - Took it again for service and they again serviced the breaks and I paid over $900. It did not resolve the issue and again they serviced it for free two weeks later. The issue is still intermittently there at this point and in summer got worse. - They serviced it again and I paid another $1200 for all the service they did including the breaks. It did not solve the issue, and two weeks later again they serviced the breaks for free. Now in fall they had to service the breaks again for the same issue. - They consistently blamed me for the breaks issue (they say city driving will wear the breaks, but I find it very insulting because I only drive the car on the weekends and when I take trips to US, so it’s mostly highway driving and I’m not such a horrible driver!). - They managed to extort another few thousand dollar from me by constantly lying and making excuses. I unfortunately was fooled by them and just wanted the car to be fixed, so I paid. - I found that the service manager is constantly making excuses and bluntly lying to me all the time. For example they did not have my wiper’s rubber cartridge in stuck and they tried to install the wrong part, then he claimed that my wipers were not the original Mitsubishi parts. When I told him that I had bought the car from them and that’s what the car came with he told me that firstly this was not the wiper that comes with the vehicle (false, it has the PN and Mitsubishi logo on the part), then he told me that “you have parked the car somewhere and somebody has stolen your original wipers”. - After that incident it was evident that they playing extortion game with me. I took the vehicle to Richmond Hill Mitsubishi instead. It turned out that all 4 rotors are terribly warped and they had somehow Markham Mitsubishi had grinded the rotors instead of changing them, although they told me they had changed them. The bills Markham gave me were cryptive and they did not actually put the parts on the bill, just charged money for some other items such as labour and some other unknown/undescribed items instead of parts. - Not only the rotors were all bad, they had also physically damaged the front caliper. The front right break would not even engage and the rotors were touching the pads even when not breaking on the other wheels. They had to replace the front right caliper (which is not a cheap part and costs over $500). Richmond Hill Mitsubishi gave me the parts for free and I paid them only $150 for the labour, and it seems that the noise is gone. I’m waiting for summer to see if it comes back again or not. More
