Everything we go we are greeted the door and then again by the service advisor jack. Jack makes everything easy to understand and makes everything painless! I drive over an hour to get to this dealership even though there are 3 other closer ones. Thank you jack for being professional and honest and thank you to the technicians for taking care of my ralliart everytime it comes in. More

Agreed, I signed the work order / quote before they started work on my car but I feel completely deceived that I have to do unnecessary 'dealer recommended' servicing to keep the car warranty. More

When I went over the car with Richard, The salesman, I noted that the tires were in poor condition and he agreed that that they should be replaced prior to sale. My wife and I went to do the deal, we wanted four new tires and eventually agreed to two new tires to be put on the front. Went to finalize the sale and looked at the care and they just put two tires that just would pass the safety. I complained and the manager said he would give me a $100.00 dollar credit. I asked the salesman if the oil had been changed and he said it was. Took the car to Canadian Tire last weekend and the oil was very dirty and the oil indicator showed 30% life. The salesman said he waxed the car and in fact wax was applied and not taken off to hide the multitude of scratches, I asked to see what items were replaced for the safety certificate and was told that they could not disclose the information. Mostly, Markham Mitsubishi tried to sneak a $600.00 administration fee in the sales agreement of which I caught and asked them to remove it from the sale. Overall, this dealership is dishonest and sneaky and left me very disappointed. More
Dishonest, sneaky dealership I almost bought a car but cancelled because I was offended by their dishonesty and poor customer service from the Assistant Sales Manager (Vico Ting). I almost bought a car but cancelled because I was offended by their dishonesty and poor customer service from the Assistant Sales Manager (Vico Ting). They refused to honour an advertised $200 gas card that they advertised everywhere online, claiming that it was only for those who pay full price for the vehicle (everyone knows that almost nobody pays full price when buying a used car because negotiating a mutually agreed upon price is a well known, common part of the process, but they refused to admit this). Nowhere in the ad did it state anything of the sort (all ads read "RECEIVE $200 GAS CARD TODAY!!!"). The manager was strangely stubborn and would rather refuse a customer the $200 gas card, rather then close the day with a $10,000 purchase for a vehicle they have not been able to sell and have had to lower the price on since Sep 2014 (Carproof report was from that date) - a very strange business decision, most would agree, especially since cars depreciate quickly the longer you hang onto them. They also claimed that they made a mistake with the pricing of the vehicle, pricing it $1000 lower by accident on Autotrader and their own website, and kept bringing this up nonstop during negotiations and when arguing about the gas card (if you made a mistake, show good customer service by simply honouring the advertised price as the asking price, especially if you confirm it via email after being asked about it again.. don't bring it up nonstop to make the customer feel guilty). However, I also later saw the same ad with the same "mistake" pricing and gas card claim in other places online as well. During negotiations with the sales rep (Grace Cao), she also tried to charge me about $600 in "admin fees" (not advertised anywhere, or mentioned until the calculator came out) which she tried to slip into the final cost when we began negotiating. I was adamant about not paying this and they finally left it out. I wonder how many other people have been ripped off by this bogus fee without realizing it. I also did not appreciate that even after I told them I already had financing for my car, they tried to push me into their financing and other purchases. It was a huge waste of time sitting in Tom Ou's office and listening to him go on and on about stuff I did not need or want. It was only a $200 gas card but to be honest, all of these issues added together and left a bad taste in my mouth. The principle of the whole situation plus the way the manager was handling it is what offended me enough to decide to cancel the deal and take my business elsewhere, even though I had taken the time to travel all the way up to Markham twice during a difficult work week, and had to ask favours of people to get up there (borrowing a car and asking for a ride). I would rather hand my hard earned money over to businesses with integrity. There are many good vehicles for purchase out there for good prices - take your business elsewhere if you don't want this kind of hassle and want to be treated as a valued customer! If you are spending this much money, you should be treated better than this. It just felt extremely stingy that after a customer has agreed to pay $10K for a vehicle, they cannot just graciously offer the $200 gas card that they advertised and decided to argue with me about it at length instead! It started feeling completely illogical and just weird stubbornness after awhile. More
major safety infraction We had our flat tire fixed at this dealership and a few days later it almost came off on the highway. This was confirmed by nother mitsubishi dealers We had our flat tire fixed at this dealership and a few days later it almost came off on the highway. This was confirmed by nother mitsubishi dealership, the tire was not properly installed. We are grateful nothing bad happened and that we were smart enough to stop driving. The service manager at markham mitsubishi informed us that the two technicians involved in this tire change have been fired. We will never go back to this dealership. Their poor service prior to this incident is nothing compared to this safety infraction. Very scary that these people continue to put public lives in danger. More

Pricing for services changes from visit to visit. No explanations given about why any changes other than NEW MANAGEMENT. I was looking forward to a better experience since I purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and third based on my referral. However, they are more than happy to recommend services for my vehicle that I do not need, and when there is a warranty issue they are even happier to treat me like I don't exist. Would not recommend this dealership, unless you understand not to fall for cheap sales tricks and over the top sales pitch from the general manager. Thanks, More
