I and a friend (A) visited this dealership back in 2020 to buy a used Accord for my friend. The salesperson was rude and wasn't ready to negotiate. After that, once we were done with the vehicle price, we had the absolute displeasure of dealing with their Finance Manager. Saying that he is rude and mistreated us would be a great understatement. He ridiculed us for every question that we had. Whether it's about the finance rate, the extended coverage packages, or the Inspection of the vehicle we were about to buy. After all this, we had the chance to talk to their Manager, who is an arrogant and overconfident person, to say the least. He assured us of all the wonderful things only he can certify being a Honda dealer with all those fancy 150+ point inspections and whatnot. Fast forward to about 3-4 months after the purchase, we started having troubles with the car, and when we tried reaching the salesperson, he acted as if we got the car for free and should be indebted to him for even having it. Our experience in 2020 was awful, to say the least. Fast forward to 2023, and there is another car that one of my other friends (B) is interested in. I didn't even want to bother with these guys but my friend insisted that we check it out. Tried calling an hour and a half in advance to make an appointment or to talk to someone but as usual, no one answered even after multiple attempts. Requested a call back on the automatic IVR menu but to no surprise, no callback. We finally reached the dealership and were offered help by a saleswoman, she was nice and was ready to talk. I felt that this time it could be different but I was wrong. She brought over the same Manager from last time for negotiations after I made an offer. The same thing this time. He would just try to take control of the situation and would say that I am being petty for negotiating. Once we settled on the Out The Door price, the manager started forcing us to discuss the finance. Even after telling him a couple of times that I will discuss it with the finance manager, he kept forcing me to discuss it with him. He started by saying that the best he can do is 8.99%, I asked him for negotiation and he kept implying the same thing that I am being petty and why would I negotiate if I am buying a $30k+ car. After telling him that the competitors are offering below 7.99%, he became more irritated. Also, as soon as the deal broke up, his tone and actions became even more distasteful. At the end of the day, we didn't get the car, and it's a bit disappointing but the silver lining is that now I won't have any doubts in the future about ever coming back to these guys. Another thing I would like to mention is that they lie about financing terms. I asked if the interest will go down if we made extra payments and he said yes. On the contrary, my friend (A) who got a car earlier tried doing that and the bank refused to reduce the interest saying that the type of loan we got had pre-calculated interest and that even if we make extra payments, the interest amount wouldn't go down. I tried telling them the same thing this time and they acted as if I am an idiot and am lying about it. For anyone out there considering going to them, please remember that these guys aren't trying to help you and will change as soon as you sign the dotted lines and will try everything to screw you over. The first time we went to buy a car, we were clueless. This time, we had done a bit of research, and I advise you to do the same. Don't make the same mistakes we made. Gave my parents a confusing and terrible vehicle buyout experience for their CRV. My parents are old folks who don’t want to create an issue, but they were lied to and mistreated. General buyers need to be wary of this Honda dealership’s lack of attention and untrustworthy work. Incompetent finance personnel made a mistake on our vehicle buyout’s new ownership, using an entirely new plate number. We had ourselves to go back to the dealer to report this mistake. After a few days, they gave a xx answer about the new vehicle ownership using just my fathers name and thus needing a new plate number, unable to revert their mistake. If they needed to use a new plate number, I think having our consent to change it is an important principle! Even if I were to believe their reasoning, they did not provide us any communication and did not have our consent to change our plate number used for 20+ years. We were told it is what it is, there is no remediation for their mistake. There was ZERO empathy, accountability and communication during this ordeal. How can you trust this dealership anymore when they have staff that skip steps, probably took a short cut and takes actions without customer consent and agreement? This is not how you do business, and I would warn anyone thinking of coming to Markham Honda, to consider other options with more honest and competent staff. More

Beware of Danish Paracha and Jerad Scammed us and would ignore once we found out about the final documents which we showed to our other dealership. Jerad was nice to us until we bought the car. This is worst experience we had , and I really hope especially the Danish guy gets fired. So many people have bad reviews about, my fault I didn’t check prior. More

Most of the positive reviews are for their sales dept but let’s talk after sales service. The place is empty and there are two advisors. One of his computer and another chatting with a staff. You are standing in front of them and they don’t even acknowledge. I stood in front of the person who is on pc and he kept doing what he was doing like I am invisible. At least acknowledge that you will get to me? I serviced my van here. Too expensive and most service center wash your car but not this one. I hope it improves for everyone. More

I hate having to write such a review and hate even more the methods I now have to resort to in order to get MY money back. I ordered a Honda Civic back February of 2022, with a plan to pay fully in cash with a certified cheque. At the time of order, I also placed an order for a set of winter tires. The salesperson who I had to deal with’s name is Pervais. On the contract, the car delivery MAXIMUM date was set at sometime in May (they told me at the time it would be certainly earlier than that). I received no communication whatsoever from this dealership and my calls were ignored until they FINALLY had enough of my calls and agreed to give me the car IN JULY. At the time, I didn’t think too much of it as I understood there were shortages all around the world. However, I had already moved 6 hours away from Toronto, so getting the car was inconvenient at best. To make matters worse, the tires I ALREADY PAID FOR were not available when I got there. They told me I would have to come back “later” to pick them up. After some back and forth, they agreed to deliver the tires to a dealership in Quebec as they are under the same management. Well, fast forward many months, now we are in the midst of snow storms AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TIRES. The salesperson Pervais has blocked me and has not answered nor returned my calls in months. The dealership picks up the phone and hangs up on me when as soon as they pick up, or will tell me a manager will call back who never does. Even Honda head office has now opened an investigation into this dealership. YOU NEED TO AVOID GIVING THE PEOPLE HERE YOUR MONEY AT ALL COSTS. I am having to drive under dangerous winter conditions. I have asked for a refund over and over again so that I could just buy winter tires elsewhere, however they are refusing to refund me. The only way I can describe the people I have dealt with her (especially Pervais and Danish) are that they are conmen and THIEVES. They WILL steal your money and will block you from getting it back. I have now had to resort to getting a lawyer in order to try and resolve this issue. I will try my best to warn people about this dealership as best I can. Please, at least make very careful consideration when deciding to do any sort of business with the criminals here. More

I was told I would get 2 complementary oil changes at any Dilwari dealer, and 2 months after, they decided not to honour it, even though it was stated on the purchase agreement. Find another dealer- It's not worth it. More
I have seen problematic comments for this dealership. Issues were resolved to my satisfaction and his offer to pick up and deliver the vehicle back to home is a gesture well appreciated. I did consider changing the service location but based on the most recent experience, I will continue and give them benefit of doubt. More
