This is the first time in my life! Was told that a sleepy apprentice did that stupid mistake. I bought my car in and rely on your professional service as a I am paying top dollars for the service. Really shocked. Even if you let an apprentice to finish the job, shouldn't it be some senior to look at it and sign off first before given back to customer. even though they fixed it right away after i pointed out the mistake, this is not acceptable. I place a work order on October 17,2022 with $1000 deposit for 2023 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid and sale person Charles told that the car will come within six months on March to April of 2023. After six months When I used to call him then he told Honda is not making this car yet ,only EX and Touring models are in production . I was waiting and called very often every 15 days to 1 month interval but he confirmed that 2023 Sport Hybrid is not making Honda Company yet. Last I Called August 2,2023 and he informed that Sport Hybrid model not making yet and they defer my order for 2024 model , Hearing the news , i was very disappointed and sad then I went Open Rod Honda at Brampton Airport Road on same day and I found there there were seven Honda Accord 2023 models and two of those 2023 Honda accord Sport Hybrid models., Immediately i called Charles and asked him why did say sport Hybrid is not making Honda whereas lots of car here in open Road Honda and other dearer then he started to twisting and manipulate the wards saying "you can't get 2023 model any more . After lots meaningless talks , then I met their sale manager Wilson and he also argued with me saying "You can buy the car from there ". Finally , i took my deposit money . I just explain my experience here to aware the customer about this place . Most likely , Markham Honda got my car and sold to someone else with few thousands more price which is totally unfair. Otherwise, other dealer got car why they were saying Honda didn't make any Accord Sport Hybrid cars. More
