Aweful service....or should I say lack of service Service Centre reps are rude and dismissive they don't care about ure service. They only have 1 shuttle that is never available and no loaner cars so Service Centre reps are rude and dismissive they don't care about ure service. They only have 1 shuttle that is never available and no loaner cars so be prepared to sit all day waiting for your car only for them to tell you that they didn't have time to get to your car. You will have to follow up they don't do any proactive calling for appointments that they don't get paid for it. Even. Airbag recall part replacement. Steve and Zak service manager and general managers don't even care to acknowledge and provide a solution. Don't know how this location is still in business. More
