They made it a quick and easy process for trading in my old rdx to a newer one. I was missing back seats in my old vehicle which thankfully they did not give me a hard time about. The financing manager Frank Shi also was great to deal with. My sister also purchased a vehicle at the same time with a few issues that came about afterwards. There seems to be a few bad apples in that dealership (don't think there is such a thing as no bad apples anywhere you go) however, Ajay and his team were very understanding and were able to rectify the situation resulting in another happy client.
