Happy Client I was referred to Ajay Bhushan who then had Andrew Chan assist in helping me find the vehicle I wanted. They made it a quick and easy process for trad I was referred to Ajay Bhushan who then had Andrew Chan assist in helping me find the vehicle I wanted. They made it a quick and easy process for trading in my old rdx to a newer one. I was missing back seats in my old vehicle which thankfully they did not give me a hard time about. The financing manager Frank Shi also was great to deal with. My sister also purchased a vehicle at the same time with a few issues that came about afterwards. There seems to be a few bad apples in that dealership (don't think there is such a thing as no bad apples anywhere you go) however, Ajay and his team were very understanding and were able to rectify the situation resulting in another happy client. All in all, I am happy that I came to Markham Acura and will continue to deal with this location. Great work and thank you. More

Leasing manager malpractice On May 23rd 2012 My mother and I leased two 2012 Acura TLs from Markham Acura. The representative whom we dealt with is the leasing manager; Daniel S On May 23rd 2012 My mother and I leased two 2012 Acura TLs from Markham Acura. The representative whom we dealt with is the leasing manager; Daniel Sun. In May 2008 I had leased a 2008 Acura Tl from Royfoss Acura but the dealership shut down permenently so when my 4 year lease term was complete i returned the vehicle to Markham Acura where i first met Daniel Sun. The vehicle I returned had slight damage and excess mileage. This was the first time Daniel Sun used his sales tactics to reel me. As an incentive he advice me the excess mileage and damage repair charges would be waived if i conducted business with him and leased a vehicle. I ended up leasing two vehicles and he kept his deal and I was not charged for excess mileage or repairs. Unfortunately, on May 27, 2016 the same sales tactic was used but this time was not honored. He made us sign documents saying we don't owe money and now I have been contacted by collections. We were planning to buy out our vehicles and we're convinced not to because he would be losing our business or in other words his commission. That's all he cared about because after he got me to lease the 2016 Acura TLX he pretended none of this happend and that he made no such offers to my mother an I calling use straight out liars. I am consulting an attorney now awho contacted him but Daniel Sun says Markham Acura had their legal team reasy to defend his malpractice and shady sales tactics. Consumers Beware !!! More
Bad Service I have been servicing my TL at this dealership ever since the dealer moved into Markham, the service adviser, MAX, who looked after me during all thos I have been servicing my TL at this dealership ever since the dealer moved into Markham, the service adviser, MAX, who looked after me during all those past years did an excellent job and continued to do so until recently. Last month I booked an appointment for service A with same service adviser, when I brought the car in I was told that my service adviser is no longer working there and a new adviser offered to look after me, she told me that I will have to wait between one hour and one and a half hour for the oil change. Usually it takes about half an hour, I was never offered a bus shuttle and had to wait. I was so mad, asked to see the manager and was told he is in a meeting, I was annoyed and frustrated because there was no body from the management who would bother and offer help to answer my questions. I complained to Acura Canada, they did not give a dam about my complain and told me to go and talk to the dealership. The dealership did not give a dam either. I found Acura Canada and the dealership ignorant, unfriendly and arrogant when it comes to customer relations. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone and will never go back there again and get humiliated by the dealership and their lousy service and arrogance. Final advice to readers: Never listen to dealership recommendations to replace parts unless the vehicle minder says so as the dealership wants to make money and rip you off. More

Fire the entire service department and start again, the service here has never been any good and now it just doesn't exist at all. More

Had my integrity being questioned by the sales when asking about the suspension setup and how the AWD system works. Being an Acura owner for more than 20 years and this is the worst experience I ever had with the brand. This ignorant behaviour was no way to treat any customers. Will not come back to this dealership again. Joseph More
