Empty Promises We leased the 2017 TLX back in October and was promised that the first 6 payments was going to be waived. The first 4 payments were waived but from t We leased the 2017 TLX back in October and was promised that the first 6 payments was going to be waived. The first 4 payments were waived but from the 5th payment forward, Honda Finance began withdrawing payments. We brought the issue up to Acura and all they did was admit that it was their mistake. They didn't offer to follow up with Honda Finance or anything. For the past 2 months, we were trying to deal with Honda Finance to get the money back or to push the payments forward.. we've been promised weeks after weeks that this issue would get solved and nothing has been done still. They continue to withdraw money from our account. Acura Markham made a promise to us and we signed a contract and yet, they make a mistake and can't deliver and nothing is being done on their end. They tell you everything you want to hear when you're thinking of buying the car but once you make the purchase, they just don't care anymore. It's off their hands, they made the sale, they don't care. More
