Our experience purchasing a vehicle was that this dealership is very professional in their dealings with customers. It took several days for us to arrange to go see the vehicle we were interested in, dealership is very professional in their dealings with customers. It took several days for us to arrange to go see the vehicle we were interested in, so they put a hold on it for us so it would not be sold before we had a chance to check it out. We found the vehicle we were looking for, for a reasonable price but I would not say a great price. It was delivered to us very clean. The only thing we discovered after delivery, that the transmission fluid level was very low, but their service department with very good in working with us to get this resolved quickly and satisfactory. We would definitely consider using Mark Wilson's again if we need another new-to-us vehicle More

We were impressed with the lightning-fast response we received regarding financing and had an excellent discussion with the salesperson who contacted us-Rod Sider. Although we were not immediately ready to purchase a vehicle at the time, we kept Mark Wilson's at the top of our list. After much research regarding our choice of vehicle and after an uncomfortable experience with a local dealer, we made an appointment with Rod Sider. Both my wife and I were impressed with the family-type of environment we experienced at this dealership and felt very comfortable during our vehicle selection process. Throughout our initial visit to Mark Wilson's, we were surprised at how "low-pressure" both the sales and other staff were. At this point I would like to state that account life experience, a used car dealership was the last place I would consider purchasing a vehicle. I was watching the vehicle I wanted for about a month before I finally e-mailed about the vehicle. When I entered an e-mail, Rod Sider responded and I was on my way to the best experience I have ever ha before I finally e-mailed about the vehicle.
