If you want a completely honest review of this dealership the truth is I was unimpressed, however, there were both negative and positives of purchasing through this dealership and it was not all bad. On the truth is I was unimpressed, however, there were both negative and positives of purchasing through this dealership and it was not all bad. On the positive side, I really appreciated working with Stella and was impressed with her ability to get me financing with a bank that had denied my application through another dealership. The interest rate I got wasn't the best but I do currently have bad credit so this was definitely not the fault of Stella. I also found Stella to be fairly personable and positive and was enjoyable enough to interact with. My only negative experience with these interactions was that there was a lack of communication in regards to the final purchase prices, bill of sale , etc. and it seemed to throw her off a bit when I actually wanted to discuss the numbers and see things in writing prior to agreeing to anything. There was also a fair amount of pressure to immediately decide on whether I wanted to go with the extended service plan and/or rust protection, however, I'm pretty sure this is a sales tactic and that pressuring people to decide gives them less chance to ponder whether they actually want a service plan and/or whether it is worth it financially. Given the car I purchased, I decided it wasn't worth it and as their service plans are on the higher end of the spectrum I wouldn't actually suggest them. The other individual that I dealt with was Michael F and although he was definitely pleasant enough, I was again unimpressed. When I first showed up to test drive a car they had arranged for the wrong car to be brought out and it was not the one that I was interested in. I was able to test drive a couple cars of interest that evening but the one I was truly interested in was not at the dealership so I had to make arrangements to test it out once it arrived...not the fault of Michael but, never the less, a bit of an inconvenience. I arranged to come in the following weekend and received a call the day of the test drive stating that the car was not at the dealership and could not be driven that day. Allegedly it had been there but was taken back to the shop??? Anyways it was a bit of an inconvenience since my husband had taken the day off work to take me in as we only had one car between us at the time. Once it arrived at the dealership (a few days later) it was fine to test drive and was ready for me when I got there. I did notice that it did not have heated seats , although it was advertised on their website and on auto trader as having heated seats. This was also a bit irritating as it falls under false advertising , especially since I had confirmed prior that it did have the seats heated. Never the less it drove nicely and I decided to go with it, largely because I really needed a car at that time. When I was able to come in and purchase the car/pick it up Michael was in the building but did not make any attempt to come out and speak with me or acknowledge me, despite being informed that I was there. There were questions I still needed to ask, in regards to a minor repair that had been done, and was told that once I was done at financing I could speak with him. Upon returning to the main building he had already left. This is conclusive with he fact that I had previously emailed him a couple of times to ask questions about the car and had not gotten replies. Overall this interaction left a really bad taste in my mouth given that Michael is in a business reliant on great customer service and this was not displayed in our interactions. I was actually really surprised as I had read very positive reviews of him and was expecting an amazing car shopping experience. I do feel the need to state that my trying to ask questions, etc was not above what a " normal" customer would expect and should of been accommodated. When I pointed out the error about the heated seats there was no apology or explanation given which was also frustrating. Overall I would recommend this dealership only if you have bad credit and really need a car loan, as Stella was able to work her magic and help me. If my credit score had been better I would of walked away from this dealership and not bothered with them. I felt like they knew I was desperate for a car, and had less than perfect credit, and I was therefor treated like a "sure sale" and therefor little work or effort went into interacting with me. I was thoroughly disappointed as I had read numerous, positive, reviews and was expecting this dealership, and its staff, to be awesome...they weren't. I know this may see a bit harsh but in a competitive market , where you are paid to have great customer service skills, sales people really need to step up their game and that did not occur here. In the future I'll be dealing with other dealerships and although they are assisting in improving my credit by finding me a car loan, In the future I'll be taking that improved credit to a dealership that has better customer service. More

The only actual complaint I have is that the car was not ready when I arrived, I had to wait for the work order to be completed as I waited. But my overall experiance was ok, I would recommand this dealer t ready when I arrived, I had to wait for the work order to be completed as I waited. We were in the market for a used minivan. We do not live in Guelph, so Mark Wilson's was the third dealership that we visited, but it was the only dealership that actually listened to us. Other dealerships were just trying to sell us new models (even though we had already decided that a used vehicle was best for our purposes.) Jim Gray was very honest, and he gave us professional advise that helped narrow the selection. We are very happy with our purchase, and will be returning to Mark Wilson's the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More
Have always purchased my vehicles from new car dealers - on trade-ins they keep the best and wholesale the rest. However, my dealer didn't have a car that met my criteria and on driving by Wilson's noticed on trade-ins they keep the best and wholesale the rest. I checked your website and saw they had a couple of vehicles that I was interest in, so stopped by and checked them out. I have previously bought fleet cars before and been very happy with them as they are in my price range and I get a top of the line car with all the options. More
The total experience was more then pleasant, there was a little confusion as to what day i was to pick up the vehicle but, in the end it all worked out great. thank you for a great truck. Shopped around all of Waterloo Region and found the best deal at Wilson's. They had a wide selection of cars for us to choose from and the prices were on-par/better than other used car dealerships. The only issue we had was showing up at the showroom after driving for an hour, waiting for an hour and having to leave before we got service.
