Could have been better Overall experience was ok. Not great but probably could have been worse. Purchased a 2013 Elantra. Car was in great shape except for the tires. Tires Overall experience was ok. Not great but probably could have been worse. Purchased a 2013 Elantra. Car was in great shape except for the tires. Tires were on the brink of failing the safety requirements. We asked for new tires to be installed. Wilsons said they wouldn't do it for free but would share the cost with us. We agreed that a particular brand of tire would be installed. We arrive a week later to pick up the car and the wrong tires were installed. Wilsons was very good to accept the mistake and agreed to correct the issue. Make an appointment to get tires changed which required me to have to take time off work. Arrive for 2:00pm appointment to find out wrong size of tires were ordered in. A little over 2.5 hours later correct tires were installed. As a result I was not able to make it to my next scheduled appointment (which I booked since I had to take time off work anyway). Overall I'm not writing this review to bad mouth wilsons nor am I looking for something for my troubles. I'm simply writing to share my experience as requested by wilsons. More

Amazing Customer Service I have bought many used cars in my lifetime, but I don't think i've ever experienced customer service like this. I have to give a shout out to the girls in reception, they are upbeat and just so welcoming when you go in and can't do enough to help you out. I dealt with Marko and Shari on the purchase of my vehicle and they were great. I must have drove Shari insane with my questions, but you would never have known it. They were all answered - immediately and full of information. Marko was outstanding and has kept in touch since the purchase of my vehicle. Everything I asked to be done was carried out. I had one little issue and took the car back (really minor), their service department pointed out that there was another issue I had missed and they made both repairs at no cost. How often does that happen! Loved this dealership so much I took my daughter the following week to buy her first car - her review will be separate. Would not even consider shopping anywhere else now for a used car. Thanks guys, you took what is so often an unpleasant, stressful experience and made it fun. More importantly I have confidence in the vehicle I bought. More
