We came in knowing mostly what we wanted however she helped us understand in greater detail the models on our short list so that we got what we needed without going overboard. My reason for visiting was to buy out my leased vehicle from 2011 and Pedro even helped out with my finance questions. My only issues was with Mindy Tian the Finance Manager., Although Mindy did great to get me the best rate possible she was never very clear in explaining the buy out process and was not sure which documentation I needed ( which required me to return to her office multiple times, i Live far) and always forgot the time of our appointments which she arranged, a little un professional and frustrating. More
