Avoid this dealer/service department at all costs This has to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. We leased a car several years ago and have always had it serviced at another dealer becaus This has to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. We leased a car several years ago and have always had it serviced at another dealer because on our first visit they wanted to do extra work when the car only had 10000km. Come out lease end we are at Marinos trying to get our car safety done to transfer ownership and they say we need new brakes and rotors when not 1700km back we just had the car serviced at 60000km and our other dealer said the brakes were still 5-6mm. This dealership is full of thieves especially when it comes to the service department. I hope W5 will expose them one day for they're poor buisness practices. NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER!!! Make sure to go to downtown subaru or mississauga. They will look after you unlike these animals. More
